Bio
Molly gives very little information about her background when she can avoid it. There's some demons there hovering around her, but she carefully deflects any and all attempts to help her fight them with sarcasm, dry humor, and the occasional verbal blowout. It's easy to pick up early on that you shouldn't expect Molly to linger anywhere for too long. However too long winds up being is anyone's guess. One thing she's always happy to talk about is her fascination with and love of robotics.The loss of her hands only fueled the fire in her to learn everything and anything about robotics that she could, both to better her own life and the lives of those around her who are in the same situation. When she's ready to blow out of town you'll catch her loading just a few possessions onto her bike, probably sometime before dawn. Never been a fan of goodbyes.

The Accident
At roughly three o'clock in the morning of January 14th, 2013, Molly came across a bad car accident on the interstate. The nineteen year old, who would celebrate her birthday the next day, pulled her motorcycle off to the side and attempted to rescue the passenger of an overturned vehicle. Molly did not see another vehicle approaching with a broken headlight, and by the time they swerved it was too late. The approaching vehicle collided with the one that Molly was engaged with. The vehicle flipped again, sending Molly up into the air to land on the grass median. During the collision, Molly's hands were caught in the framing of the already broken door and mutilated. She suffered various other injuries, including a shattered ankle. She was airlifted to Shock Trauma when first responders arrived to assess the situation. She underwent multiple surgeries in an attempt to save her hands, but the damage was too intensive and they wound up being amputated just after midnight on January 15th, followed shortly by a fusion of her ankle that left her with a permanent limp. Molly was able to solace only in the fact that her effort to free the victim in the car proved to save his life, as she was able to get him adjusted in his belt so that the second impact did not break his neck. It took her several years to be fitted for prosthetics, as she experienced many set backs on her road to recovery. After a short hiatus from schooling due to the state of her physical and mental health, Molly threw herself back into pursuing her degree in Robotic Engineering, with plans to focus specifically on robotic prosthetics to improve quality of life for others like her, and maybe one day figure out how to fly again.
