Erica Jay Georgas

Growing up, Erica was a star student- a teacher's pet if you will, and she was very to the book about everything. Her younger sister aspired to be like her, causing tension as Sterling felt she'd never be as good as Erica at anything.
However, when Erica turned eighteen, she met a boy and fell madly in love. After a few months or so they did the deed- much to Erica's disapproval, but she'd do anything to make this guy happy. Roughly a month later she found out she was pregnant. Sterling was the first to know.
Sterling urged Erica to inform their family, knowing her sister couldn't do it alone and hadn't told her boyfriend yet. Eventually though, she got her parents and boyfriend in a room together to make the announcement- only for the boy to walk out of her life for good.
He stopped answering her calls and texts and blocked her on all social media, but her family was by her side the whole time. They even helped her set up a nursery in her apartment's spare bedroom.
And soon enough, little Avalon Georgas arrived- two days after Sterling. Sterling still jokes that Avalon was a better present than whatever Erica actually got her.
