Somewhere in the depths of Nightless City, amongst the neon lights, skyscrapers, and sleazy bars, is a small stairway, narrow in passage, filled to capacity with black metal steps that creak more and more after each footfall. Where does it lead? A large metal door, engraved with the word “salon”.
They say that if you exchange certain words with the elderly woman in the salon, she will sweep aside a bead curtain and unlock a thick mahogany door, revealing dense clouds of smoke and the almost suffocating scent of sultry burning incense. You don’t speak about what happens once you go in, you don’t speak about what happens behind closed doors.
Nadia was the one you saw but never thought to approach. Especially after what people had heard about the brunette's sister. Although, no one knows if they're true...until one day someone decided to approach her, this female's name was kate. Kate saw the niceness through that shy facade. Originally everyone thought their friendship would end soon enough but it turns out they grew closer and closer...until they started dating. Flash forward a few years and they were married. The best years of Nadia's life.
Down in the bowels of a castle screams could be heard, horrendous shrieks of desperation and agony. Nadia smiled as she dragged her blades down her victim's skin, carving symbols and pictures in their skin. This person had tried to spill her sister's secret...and no one would put her sister in danger and live. The brunette continued to carve symbols in her victim's skin, relishing their screams and desperate pleas. Hours passed. The screams grew fainter until they were merely weak whimpers. Nadia carved her full name onto her victim's stomach, a maniacal grin brightening her features once more. She leaned in to whisper into her victim's ear, "If you ever try to spill our secrets again, you'll have more than my name carved into you," Nadia hissed as she dragged her chained victim up the stone steps of the castle, letting her victim's body hit each step. When they reached the front gate she unchained her victim and tossed them outside, bruised, bloody, and broken onto the unforgiving ground, "I hope you learned your lesson ~" she sang before the gates slammed shut, lightning flashing across the sky to emphasize such actions.
