Origins

One word describes Tusk perfectly: A self-made man.

The heritage of Tusk is unclear, since he is an orphan. Neither of his parents or relatives showed up to take care of him, his orphan friends and caretakers were the closest to family he knew". Since being a child, Tusk stood out because of his physical advantage compared to the rest of the kids around him. Soon, that would get him the nickname of “Big Brother”. The rest of his childhood went by without any particular event that might turn Tusk’s life upside down. But sadly, when he became an adult, he could not stay in the orphanage anymore. He quickly got a job in a convenience store; it allowed him to live with a bit of financial struggle but on his own.

His adolescence is where things started to get shadier for the boar. Sometimes, crossing the wrong people at the wrong time can turn someone’s life upside down. And that is what happened to Tusk. One friend lured him into more shady business. Money is money after all, and by that time Tusk could not afford to refuse. Before he could change his mind, Tusk ended up fighting in betting
fights as a jobber. To summarize, he had to allow himself to get beaten, and with the bruises and blood came the money.

But one day, while fighting again in a put-up match, he lost it and destroyed the guy he was supposed to lose to after four rounds. That caused two results that luckily for him canceled each other. On one side, his boss had to see how plenty of money went down the flush in a couple of minutes. On the other hand, people saw that the boar in the ring could actually stand a chance against the best of the best that was around there.

Soon Tusk earned money by actually winning fair matches instead of rigged ones, and that earned the respect of the mobs and notorious people. Right now, Tusk fights on any ring worth the hassle and occasionally accepts bodyguarding jobs, as well as some threatening gigs. He also started training seriously, attending martial arts classes to improve and eventually compete in official tournaments.


Physical appearance

Tusk is someone imposing, Being bulky is one of the main reasons why he is menacing to others. Years and years of training and fighting chiseled his body to be a better fighter.

His body build is rather muscular, but it does not reach pro heavy lifting levels. However, most of his muscles are visible under his thick brown fur. The physical attributes on his body that stand out the most are his ribs, his abs and the chest. The ribs are clearly visible, his chest is a bit beefy and muscular, and his six-pack is chiseled. But that does not hide his muscular arms. Those are thin enough to be optimal for fighting, but those are also thick enough to pack a huge punch. Last,
comes his neck and legs, not as bulky as the rest of his body, but still make the job. When exercising or under stress, the veins of his legs and neck are visible.

As with any Boar, Tusk is hairy even while having fur. All his body is covered in brown fur, except his hair on the forearms, head and a small portion of his breastbone. His fur has a white tone there. His beard reaches from the chin up to his head, so he diligently keeps it on shape. Tusk always leaves a small line of beard around his chin, reaching his sideburns where it’s a bit more generous. His eyes
have a deep green tone on them. His nose is short compared to other boars, and two tusks pokes out from each corner of his lips, growing up forward. His hairstyle is the wildest part of his look, he has a white mane. Tusk always tries to make all of his hair rest behind his head, sometimes using a ponytail when he expects to work, and releasing it down to his neck if he wants to relax a bit.




Way of being

Tusk usually displays a public image of strength and respect. He imposes a threatening aura of fear wherever he goes. That becomes handy when he has to fight in underground arenas and illegal fights, which happens quite often. When in those rings, Tusk does not break a sweat or get nervous. Quite the opposite, Tusk feels like fish in water.

When on the spot, Tusk likes to play with the mind of his enemy. He usually uses his body and gestures to get into the mind of his adversary, which usually works. But he does not hesitate for a second if he has to go hard on someone. While losing, Tusk will feed his inner fire with the humiliation and rage of being bested, and while winning, he will rejoice and assert his superiority by taunting. But he would never stoop so low to insult his opposer or rely on dirty moves. Even while having the looks of a dirty fighter, Tusk will always keep the level even.

Outside of his fighter work, Tusk is a confident person. He knows he can provoke respect on others as he passes by, and very few dares to challenge him upfront. But ironically, Tusk just gets to respect people who does not cower near him. And despite being so aggressive on the ring, he usually always finds a way to calm himself down if someone is bothering him.
