Santi

Having grown up in the Blood Clan allows Santi to use Blood Magic. He is able to use his own blood or someone else’s blood in order to manipulate it to his beck and call. This includes crystallizing the blood into unbreakable weapons at will or into other objects. So long as there is blood present, Santi is able to manipulate it– including organs. Yes, he can crystallize organs, too.

Being able to crystallize his own blood opens him up to all sorts of cool tricks, like being able to shoot sharp, crystal shards at his enemies like throwing knives, creating a giant gauntlet with claws around his hand to tear his enemies to shreds, and create massive, impenetrable walls.

There are limitations to this power, of course. The risk of dying from blood loss is always present. He also cannot simply extract blood from someone else’s body– he can only use blood if it’s exposed, generally through a fresh wound. With some concentration, Santi is able to regenerate wounds by repairing himself with his own blood, though this is not instantaneous and does take some time. He can also repair others’ wounds.

During his travels, Santi also learned how to use Fire magic, although he does not have very good control over it yet. This allows him to conjure fire at will and manipulate flames to his beck and call. Since he is not very well versed in fire magic, however, he can only control small flames and make ones that are no bigger than his palm. So he usually uses this power to create flaming weapons that would be hot to the touch to anyone else but cool to him.
