      Pirates. Can't say I'm all that surprised by their actions. Agreed to take me on their ship as an entertainer for safe passage to their next port. Next port just happens to be an island that deals in...well, what polite society might consider to be less than savory things. Suppose I should have seen this coming, so nothing for it but to make the best of the situation. At the very least, I'm a free soul here, which seems to be more than many can claim, so there's that. Suppose my best option is to ply my trade for now, see what I can earn, and figure out the rest from there.
