Brief description: Quinn is a fairly small woman, though she’ll complain that that only accounts for her height. Her hair is kept long, usually tied back with some form of art tool she had lying around. Build wise, she’s a fairly soft woman. Padded muscle, wide hips, fairly abundant chest. Not the complete picture of beauty, but pretty enough. She dresses mostly in jeans and jackets, sporting outfits that are more befitting of an early 90s or even a 70s aesthetic. Ranging from simple and floral, to dark and edgy.

Quinn is a bitter woman if there ever was one. Opinionated and blunt, often keeping to herself in order to limit how many interactions she takes on. She’s quick to anger, often jumping to hostilities when she feels slightly threatened.

She’s a highly guarded person, refusing to give people anything on her on the off chance that they might hurt her. As such she may be lacking in some areas of socialization. Her highschool life has made the formerly sweet and timid girl into someone who’d rather drink alone and contemplate what makes life so bad.

She’s got a bit of a soft spot if she decides she likes you. More playful than mean. Still fairly deadpan about her humor though. She prides herself on being fairly observant and a good judge of character due to her artistic passions.

Quinn was born into a family with a unique history to it. A family where the women retain unusual features through the generations while the male members appear more often than not like their fathers. Legend has it that a witch was scorned by her husband, whom claimed she was in league with the devil in an attempt to soothe his own jealous nature. He burned her alive in the nursery and as result a spell was cast to protect the women of her line from ever encountering the same fate.

as such, the women in Quinn's family produce fairly skilled witches, though, a natural hasn't been born into their line since the first witch (Patience, whom cast the spell in the first place). That is until Quinn was born. Carolynne was thrilled that her child showed such promise, picking up what she herself struggled with. She'd begin small spouts of training, which would end shortly before the twins' tenth birthday. Where Carolynne and Marty would die at the hands of a supernatural creature. Whether it was demon or werewolf, or any other beast, the event was labeled as a car accident and the two were killed.

This left Richard and Quin to their grandmother, against the wishes of Queenie's aunt, whom deeply wished to continue her training and teachings. The elderly woman held a particular hate for the girl, insisting that she was a demon like her mother before her. That her son was stolen away.

The result would be years of abuse on young Quinn’s part. Much of her teachings would be lost to time, and she'd endure with the aid of a reptile that found his way into her life after she saved him from certain death. He'd work behind the scenes, protecting Quinn and trying to do his best as a familiar without informing her of his role. It was better that way.

Even with protection, Barkley couldn't protect her all the time. The result is Queenie entering into a highly abusive relationship that would ruin her outlook on life further than her grandmother already had. It would end brutally with Quinn fighting back after her boyfriend attempted to bring her back home during an attempt to run away. He'd become violent, and the end result was his head caving under a tire iron and Guin running off. Though it was deemed a moment of self defense, the events would haunt her. Kent was no longer the star football player he was and would be forced to live his life in constant pain.

Quinn would struggle with her emotions, eventually turning to painting, where she'd leave her hometown to attend college for a few short years before dropping out after odd occurrences and nightmares affected her productivity. She'd move back to Arkham, Maine shortly after to take care of her aging grandmother in place of her brother.

Weapons: Tries not to fight, but isn’t too terrible with a firearm or even a knife.
Strengths: Quinn is incredibly gifted with memorizing shapes and colors, which allows her some edge in working with symbols and wards.
Weaknesses:Not knowing when to hold her tongue, sitting for long periods of time to read, anything that would kill a person. She also struggles with mastering her natural born gifts.
Familiar: A monitor by the name of Barkley. In his human shape he's a loud mouthed man with an edgy fashion sense and a smart mouth.
