Vincent

Vincent, despite his age, and being born June 22nd 1967 in Manhattan, New York, he looks as if he is in his 20's. Vincent is the only son and living child of Jazz and Angela Auriemma. Vincent had an older sister Sierra, but she died after one month; Vincent never knew her. Truth be told, they were born years apart as the loss heavily affected both of his parents to the point that they almost divorced and Vince could have not happened.

Vince is very laid back, an alcoholic, chain smoker, and would love to spend a Saturday snorting coke off your body. He doesn’t really notice that it's a problem and smokes and drinks because he is bored, at least that is his reasoning. He needs something to spice up his life; Djarums & Jack Daniels do a good enough job to be a daily routine. And at the very least the Djarums make him smell good. Another thing to note would be that Vincent flirts with everyone, and has pet names for the same amount of people.

Despite being born in the US, he also spent the later part of his teenage years being raised in Venice, Italy. Vince always holds a soft spot for New York and visits his mother, Angela and her harem of 10 cats once a year. If his dad is there or not, doesn't really matter. The man has always been a workaholic. Just in case you ever make the trip or they get mentioned he lovingly refers to his parents as Pop & Soda. It made sense at the time as a kid and its stuck.

As a side note that you should probably be aware of, because of his father, he's uncomfortable with polyamorous relationships, and can be incredibly possessive. However, he will make exceptions for having an open relationship in the sexual sense, as long as it is not done in his bed. It should also be noted that Vince is into men, aside from the usual female attraction expected. However, he is excruciatingly offended if someone asks or hints to this. He has Daddy issues. This filters into why Vince doesn't really care if he visits his father or not, and it's because Jazz is extremely homophobic to the point of being hateful.

When Vincent was 16 years of age, because of his parents and their own friends and the people he consequently grew up around thanks to that, Vince moved to Italy to be around his extended family. His extended family tended to be the not so savoury type, however; drug dealers, murderers, but still people who have hearts & families. Welcomed into the fold as 'blood', of course, Vince began running at this age, but also discovering his liking for men. Being put under Derek Stephen's wing, more or less, they grew close pretty quickly. Almost as if it was one of those things that convinced you that some things are meant to be.

Knowing how his father felt about homosexuals put Vince in denial for decades, despite falling helplessly in love with Derek, centuries his elder as the man was a vampire. Their relationship came to an end however, and a rocky one at that. It was all thanks to Vincent battling his feelings, trying to force himself to stick strictly to women, but also because of his own self-doubt and repression, not feeling as though Derek truly loved him, though not loving Vincent was the furthest thing from the truth. Vincent began seeing a co-worker of theirs: Eve. Despite all this heartbreak, it should be said that this part of Vincent's life is a weight he bears even to this day, considering it his biggest regret as he still loves Derek impeccably.

If he's not dealing drugs for the boss, who is actually really good friends with Vince's dad, he can usually be found in his garage working on a car. Vince loves cars. Actually has an international license, and will take you on a road trip anywhere, if you pay for gas. When in Europe, he'll drive through 3 countries for a burger, 'cause, fuck it.

Speaking of 'fuck it', Vince is an adrenaline junkie -if you didn't get that from the casually dealing drugs for something to do, or him loving driving (albeit it hasn't been mentioned yet that he drives professionally or lives to drift). That being said, he is a member of modern society and likes to scroll things for an indefinite amount of time.
