Siger "Mummy's Goldfish" Holmes
Influential businessman and investment banker; dabbles with the clarinet, and deemed "the normal one" of the family. Siger excels at his work due to his willingness in accepting advice from his brilliant albeit ruling spouse. His own financial prowess, however, continues to burgeon their already established inheritance. Pliant to the demands of his effervescent family, Siger is pleasant, cheerful, and is perhaps the only member of the Holmes household with any tact.
Mycroft "My & Myc" Holmes
Civil servant or otherwise known as "The British Government," Mycroft is a medley of his family's genius. As the eldest, he is eternally compelled to shepherd his brood, yet his ways of safeguarding, particularly for Sherlock Holmes, are unorthodox in the extreme. Mycroft is an almost entirely socially detached, calculating individual with an exceptional degree of self-control; a pinnacle of brilliance. He is an adept pianist, a master of deception, speculation, and polyglotism.
Sigerson "Lost Boy" Holmes
Cultural and philosophical anthropologist with a lifelong case of wanderlust, Sigerson, the third eldest, fancies himself a modern Indiana Jones and likes to believe that he's not reliant on his brother's aid when trouble finds him. His travels and fieldwork focus on the study of structuralism, kinship, mythologies, laws, rituals, linguistics, and other means for comparing and analyzing cultures in an effort to abolish ethnocentrism. He plays the psaltery and a multitude of wind instruments.
Machutus "& Less" Holmes
Botanist, with a primary focus in plant biology, and younger twin to Morland Holmes II. Machutus is the more vibrant, outspoken of the pair, the mastermind of their brotherly syndicate, and the variable to Morland's constancy. Attentive to the minutiae of their botanical research, Machutus favors genetics, physiology, molecular details, anatomy, and ecology. He plays the acoustic guitar and both twins dally a bit in the organismal study of mycology. |

Violet "Worst Queen of England" Holmes
Mathematician, author, scholar, and matriarch. Violet Holmes wrote "The Dynamics of Combustion" among other notable works and contributes greatly to the field of mathematics. She will, at times, provide tours and lectures of her vast knowledge when her schedule permits. Fiery and protective to a fault, Violet would do just about anything or go to any length to keep her family safe despite their near prepossessed predilection for independence.
Sherrinford "Sherri" Holmes
The family solicitor and self-proclaimed estate caretaker, Sherrinford is also an author of sorts, writing tales of exotic adventures, swashbuckling romance, and bone-chilling mysteries -- crafted by a scribe content to live vicariously through his brothers' epic odysseys. He is the second eldest of the Holmes clan, plays the trumpet, excels in legalities, investments, and money management. Sherrinford is the Holmes family mediator, peacekeeper, storyteller, and tea connoisseur.
Morland "Moore" Holmes II
Botanist, with a primary focus in applied plant sciences, and older twin to Machutus Holmes. Morland is the more reserved, introspective of the pair, the silent observer of their brotherly syndicate, and the constancy to Machutus's variable. Attentive to the broader spectrum of their botanical research, Morland favors agronomy, horticulture, breeding, plant pathology, and conservation. He plays bass guitar and both twins dally a bit in the organismal study of mycology.
Eurus "East Wind" Holmes
Classified as an era-defining genius able to perceive truth beyond the normal scope, Eurus, despite her dysfunctional feelings on account of her transcendent psychosis, has a great understanding of human psychology. She can easily manipulate and reprogram a person's mind by observing subsequent fluctuating emotional states. Eurus has a singular preference for Sherlock Holmes, the two able to communicate complex thoughts to one another through their violins. |
Sherlock "Sherl" Holmes
Consulting Detective, forensic scientist, cryptanalyst, chemist, mastermind, shrewd practitioner of method and usage of 'the little grey cells.' Observant to a fault, detrimentally solitary, and recurrently fitful, Sherlock is adept in the erudition in matters of investigation and his other experimental pursuits of purpose, though he lacks any regard of conformity to social norms despite his intelligence. Sherlock is the youngest brother of the Holmes brood, a perpetual problem child, intermittent addict, and an accomplished violinist. |
