Yes, Swamp Thing, and yes, the one from the recent and short-lived series. However, I'm definitely not looking to just redo the series here. While there are certain story beats I'd like to include, ultimately I want to work with a partner to create something wholly new, something interesting. I'd prefer something romantic, maybe even tragic a la Beauty and the Beast, though with actual smut involved because why not?
I was thinking it could be set in the (fictional) town of Marais, Louisiana, but that isn't necessary. It's just an easy go-to, so we can focus more on the story rather than the location. Similarly, I was thinking a story could start around when Alec becomes the Thing, however we decide he does. Maybe start a little before, or maybe even after via in media res.
Ultimately, nothing's really set in stone, and I don't want it to be. I want to work with a partner, to collaborate, and through the story both players build and shape the world around the characters.
