Suffers from PTSD because of what she went through in the competition, can be sort of cold in some situations, instead of confronting her emotions she tends to seek other measures to deal with them - such as alcohol, diving herself into frozen waters, anything that makes her brain shut off and instead go into survival mode, she's also a rather tough woman who will do the heavy lifting and make the tough choices if it's needed.

Seira was born in District 4, in the year of the 49th Hunger Games. Her father was the mayor of District 4, and her mother was a woman who worked as a cook in one of the districts fish restaurants. Seira was the third child, and the first daughter, only followed by a younger brother who would five years her junior. In her childhood she grew up quite known, because of her father, which was both a blessing and a curse, as people either did their absolute best to avoid her at all cost, og desperately tried to be her best friend. Some of the less intelligent people who follow her and her brothers, thought the family had any say in the reaping, so by being their friends they would be spared. That of course wasn't how things worked.
Seira grew up with three brothers, which meant she also played rough quite a lot, and grew up with tough skin. Her oldest brothers was ten years older than her, and he always made it his point to teach her that not everything in life came easy to her, and her position as the mayors daughter didn't secure anything at all, she was still just as much in danger of being reaped as everyone else.
She grew up like most district 4 residents, being around water and loving to swim. She wasn't a fisherman or came from a fisherman family like everyone else, but when she was little she used to sneak on board their boards and go with them to the sea and watch them catch fish. She was always a resourceful girl who learned quickly just by watching, and her father often said it was her strongest weapon in life.

She had a quite life mostly, but before she ever got to her reaping age, she and her brothers was struck by tragedy when their parents died in an accident on the way back from the capitol. Instantly they were launched into not only orphanhood, but also poor living conditions as they no longer had the townhouse to live in. Their oldest brother did his absolute best to provide for them, taking up a job as a fisherman, spending most of his hours at sea, while the second youngest took care of Seira and their youngest brother.
When Seira was fourteen, she went to the reaping as anyone else. A young girl, barely 12 years old, was chosen and Seira being two years older couldn't bear to watch the tiny girl make her way to the stage, so she volunteered in her place. Her capitol escort at the time, and the majority of the capitol tried to spin it like it was that, Seira helping a girl - but Seira remained firm that she volunteered because she wanted to. She wanted to win, she wanted the riches that came with her. It deemed her incredibly unlikeable in the interview days before the show, and the one thing that saved her was her training score of 11.
Seiras arena was a burning desert, that switched between extreme heat and extreme cold every night and day. There was nothing but open fields covered in sand, which also meant it quickly become on big killing field. Seira was particularly vicious in the games, killing eight tributes alone, and eventually winning for killing her alliances in their sleep. After the games she gained popularity because of her effiency in the games, and because as she grew older she grew to be incredibly beautiful. Her personality was still considered incredibly unlikeable, but her beauty was admired in the capitol, which also meant that like most beautiful tributes she was tossed around the elite like she was a working prostitute.
Since the game Seira has been a mentor only three times, and five out of the six tributes lost. Since her last mentor job she has mainly been in District 4, only traveling to the capitol when a new suitor came up. She suffers from severe ptsd, to the point where you would most likely always find her doing some type of stupid shit to cope with her struggles, whether it be emptying several bottles of alcohol in one sitting, jumping in the frozen waters, or anything else - she doesn't sit still for long. -

Because of her early misfortune in life, with her parents passing, as well as being a tribute (though her own choice) Seira has managed to become incredibly skilled in adapting to misfortune or changes in life. She's not one who sets her foot down or complains about it loudly, she just sits back and tries her best to keep living in the new conditions. Seira is an incredibly fast learner, and often has a mind that works where she just have to watch someone else do something for a longer period of time, and she will automatically be able to pick it up. During the training days before her games, she was capable of copying the others techniques just by watching them train in their own way, and it made her an absolute force to be reckoned with in the arena.

Seira keeps to herself mostly, and she often described as not being a people-person. When she was in the games, words used to describe her was often unlikeable, not good at communicating and not having a filter on the things she let out of her mouth. When Seira was younger she was a shy kid, but as she grew older and angrier, that started being translated into someone who was reserved and capable of having quite an attitude when forced to interact.○ ANGRY
