Rhydia

Rhydia is a Celestia being that found hilarity in the suffering of corporeal beings. Through her vast existence and immortality the qualms of temporal creatures seemed so dramatized and meaningless. Being an interdimensional being allowed her access to many powers, with the ability to realize any conceptualized object into a realm. However, in order to interact with physical beings she had to be bound to a physical form - thus the whole magical girl get up. While interacting in this space she has access to her abilities, yet abilities that affect the realm directly will expose her ethereal form (e.g. Time Stop, Mirror World, etc).
