Zephyrine Snow was born to a Boston mercantile family, which arrived from Korea in the 1900s. The second of three daughters, Zephyrine also had an older brother named Jeremy Snow, who had turned to substance abuse as an escape from the drudgery of his life and the abuse of his father. Unknown to their family or themselves, the three Snow sisters were metahumans, whose telepathic abilities matured upon reaching their puberty. Deemed unfit in her father's eyes, Zephyrine produced low-grade point averages and was a social outcast while attending the Winter Valley School for Girls. As a result of her emerging powers, Emma began to experience severe migraines.
Shortly after this, Emma made everyone in the school unconscious during a mental breakdown. After this happened, her father scoured the earth looking for a way to deal with it, and eventually found a doctor who promised he could make her situation better. As a result Zephyrine were sent to a facility masked as a boarding school, that most of all resembled a mental institution for metahumans. The doctor had promised young Zephyrine she would feel better, if she underwent his secondary mutation procedure. So she did, mainly because she couldn't control her abilities whenever she suffered anti-social episodes, or panic attacks due to her social anxiety. It wasn't until after the painful procedure was done (which completely altered her dna string) she realized it was a procedure made to make sure her abilities could be stopped, as she couldn't use any of it in her new diamond form.
The first time she transformed into her diamond form, they tied her down to a bed, and kept from changing back so she could use her abilities. It wouldn't be until a year of captivity, she managed to escape and by then she was so angry, she managed to make the entire city the facility laid in, turn into a city of mindless humans who couldn't evolve passed a three year olds brain.

Little is known what happened in between that, and her beginning twenties, but some time after a club in New york showed up. Hellfire, it was called. It was a hidden gentlemens club, that promised the passion of metahumans to be used to pleasure their wildest dreams. Zephyrine started the club to give power back to the metahumans who had been forced to be something for humans, and let them be in control of their own passion and what they wanted to be, within safe walls. She houses more than fifty metahumans, who all answers to her only and look at her as their leader, willingly to do her bidding for saving them from whatever disgrace they had been in prior to meeting her.
Zephyrine is a complicated individual, who suffers from anti-social personality and lack of empathy at times. She likes to explain herself as a fighter for metahuman, but mostly it's just her building her own army to protect herself from ever ending up in a situation like the one she had been in before. Zephyrine also has herself as top priority, which means she is ready to drop just about everything and everyone to save her own skin. She's also willing to use extorsion to get what she wants, which means she also has her fair share of enemies. Zephyrine doesn't care about money, though she does like luxuries, her main priority in life is being strong in the power department and staying on top of things and surviving. But because of that she is also willing to go to great lengths to achieve it. -

"Metahuman" is a term coined by the regular humans, and used to describe any human being with what are commonly described as "super powers".
The prefix meta-, in this context, simply means "beyond"—as in metastable, which is "beyond regular stability; ready to collapse at the slightest disruption", or metamorphosis, which is "the state of going beyond a single shape". So, "metahuman" simply describes persons and/or abilities beyond normal human limits.
Zephyrine Snow possesses telepathic abilities. Snow has been cited as a "World-class telepath". Additionally, she has also been referred among the five telepaths on the planet capable of perfectly and seamlessly altering a mind.

Zephyrine has displayed the telepathic standards of broadcasting and receiving thoughts, mind-control, altering perceptions and memories, projection of offensive blasts of Psionic energy causing mental pain or unconsciousness, astral projection and brain engram modification.
Psionic Shield: Zephyrine can erect a psychic shield for protection of herself and other minds she is immune or highly resistant to any/all mental intrusion, including psychic or empathic powers, hypnosis, illusions, deception, etc. She is also capable of dismembering other telepaths psionic shields, making her an extremely powerful telepath.
Zephyrine can telepathically mask her presence and the use of her abilities from being detected by other metahumans and psychic entities. These defenses can be extended to others around them as well. Cloaking via telepathy is not perfect and powerful telepathic metahumans may notice and 'see' through this ability. Also including the ability to rearrange the mental engrams of mutants so her distinctive metahumans thought patterns cannot be detected by Cerebro-type devises or by other telepaths.
Organic Diamond Form: As a result of undergoing a body-wide Secondary Mutation installed by her parents, Snow possesses the ability to transform her body into a flexible organic diamond form. She must transform all parts of her body, rather than selectively transforming certain areas and can remain in this form for an undetermined amount of time. If she is rendered unconscious, Snow's body will automatically transform into its normal state. This transformation also alters Snow's personality, causing her to become rather cold-hearted and to lose her empathy for others. Snow does not have access to her telepathy while in her diamond form.
Other abilities: As a telepath she posseses minor telekinetic abilities as well, like being able to lift things of the ground or small telekinetic blasts, though she is not nearly as strong of a telekinetic user as for example Aleksandra Annenkova. She also posseses enhanced human strength, and speed and senses. In her diamond form her skin cannot be breached, and most metahuman abilities are useless on her.
