Denise 'Lady Demise' Meyers

Denise came to Step City with her family when she was in her teens with her strict ass family who came from a long line of Western Dancers. Line Dancing, Square, that very cowboy kinda dancing, you name it.

When the faction split happened, Denise's fam chose Funk Mafia, and so did she for a while. However, with a lot of self-discovery, joining a death metal band, and a healthy dose of ' No dad, what about you?!', she found herself breaking away from the strict rules her family liked to enforce and found her way over to the enemy's side, but not before being in the RD for a while to have a child with a Roller Bandito.

She began to teach at 'The School of Rock', located on Lighting Street where she teaches singing and how to be a frontman to support her kid as her Dito's partner's way of making money wasn't always stable.

Demise's partner and her split amicably shortly before she made the move to UG when it was clear war was imminent.

She still is in that band today, still teaches, and is just living the best life she can.

Singing
Denise has the power to generate bad luck when she sings. It comes in two main forms:

An unluckiness field that surrounds her by about 20 ft. The closer you get, the more the unluckier you get.

A targeted attack that latches onto 1-2 people and can cause minor to major unluckiness the longer she sings uninterrupted.

This can range from minor effects such as 'Oh no, I dropped my drink on my new shoes' to much worse depending on a d12 dice roll. Y'all can go ham on how you'd like to explain the bad luck you could get with rolled effects. For example:

12-11: The effects are very minor. (Like a chipped nail or a button comes off your shirt)
10-8: You might miss a step in a dance, messing up your rhythm a bit or your voice might crack during a performance/ karaoke battle.
7-5: Minor injury. (A string might break on your instrument and cut you. Or you might slip in something while your dancing and bash your knee) or miss an attack with your vibe.
4-3: You could maybe twist your ankle or your vibe might backfire and hit you.
2-1: You're gonna have a bad time, aren't cha partner?

The drawbacks to her powers are that she doesn't get buffed by them, she is just a normal (muscular) human being. Hitting or winding her, hitting her with a long-distance attack, ect can stop her singing and can reset the luck back to normal.

Dancing

Line dancing + singing= A bit of a nauseous effect. This can vary from 'barely noticeable to 'Oh god, get me off this ride!' We can use the same dice roll above!

Drawback is once again, she is just a buff lady. u_u
