D-214 November Witch

November is standoffish towards strangers at best. Playing the monster keeps people (and her own emotions) comfortably at arm's length. It's a shield she puts up often and a part she plays well. However, coax Nov out of her metal shell and you'll find she's surprisingly sensitive, has a great capacity for caring for others, and even has a sense of humor that sneaks out now and then.

That being said, November has a figuratively and literally nuclear temper. Piss her off at your peril, she's slow to forgive.

Hates being called "it". Wary of cages.

Nov guards her freedom and her loved ones ferociously. Earning these and defending them is an ongoing battle for her.

November is humanoid in design with a powerful build, covered completely in heavy armor riddled with various scuffs and scratches from the latest brawl. A forward sloping "horn" on her head is cast in a gold-like metal. Her eyes are the most animated part of an otherwise fairly unemotive face. She stands over 60ft tall.

Thick Skin: Covered in thick armor plate, it takes a hell of a gun to deal any significant damage to Nov's body. Similarly, temperatures will need to be extremely high or low to be a threat to November. She'll simply walk through most wildfires and blizzards.

DeadLift: November possesses extreme strength more than equal to her size. Metal crumples like foil in her grip and she can snap a tree in half like its styrofoam.

Brawn AND Brains: November possess highly advanced AI, she forms new connections based on experience and observation. In short, she can learn and she doesn't often make the same mistake twice.

Electric Eye: The cameras in her eyes are capable of vision in a range of modes, such as heat, telescopic and night.

Death Glare: Specialized lenses in Nov's eyes hyperfocus energy from her reactor to create a devastating blast of atomic heat. These beams are some of her most powerful weapons, and they take up a large portion of reserve energy. Because of this, they can only be fired when November has enough energy to spare. Prolonged blasts risk melting the eye socket entirely, so a cooldown period between firings is mandatory. This weapon is fairly "clean" in that it does not leave unlivably elevated spikes of lingering radiation in it's surroundings. What elevated radiation it does leave behind is highly focused to the target.

If the Right One Don't Get Ya: November's arms are equipped with powerful hydraulic "muscles" and shock absorbers. A direct punch is about as powerful as a head-on collision from a runaway express train.

HeadStrong: The crest on her head isn't just for show. Made of a rare metal with superheating properties, a well-placed headbutt can bash through most obstacles. Even when it isn't burning white-hot with routed energy from her reactor.

Packin Heat: Built into November's forearms and back are ports for large weapons. The active arsenal is interchangeable depending on mission parameters. These include but are not limited to:
- 30 mm seven-barrel Gatling autocannons
- Tank-scale flamethrowers
- Heat Seeking Missiles
- Cluster Bombs
- Smoke Screen Dispensers
- torpedoes

Amphibious: November was originally designed with coastal defense/offense in mind. This means she's completely waterproof, has a depressurization system, and is specially adapted for cold climates with heat-regulation. She's too heavy to swim in open water, however, and is limited to walking along the seafloor. She is most at home on beaches and in cold seas.

Near to My Heart: A bay door on November's chest opens up to a central chamber that houses her (sealed) reactor. Originally intended as easy access for maintenance of the reactor, Frankie has adapted the space into impromptu living quarters and supply storage. It often comes in handy as a mobile bunker for smaller allies to retreat to when conditions outside become too dangerous.

Atomic Age: The nuclear reactor that keeps November alive is a unique design. Despite it's small size, it's EXTREMELY powerful. More than capable of providing November with all the energy she needs and then some. Only Dr. Fukurō and a tiny handful of engineers are privy to the complete design details.

Dental Work: November's jaw is an industrial hydraulic press with a "biteforce" of 187 tons. Grinders just behind crushing "teeth" can render just about anything into a mess of splinters in seconds. Anything that manages to survive all that isn't likely to last in an incinerator that can run at 2500°F.

Pack Mule: November can carry a significant volume of extra weight with minimal hinderance to her overall battle performance. Nov lets Frankie take advantage of this by stowing all the tools/supplies they need for their excursions in her core. This includes ammo, large weapons, camping equipment, souvenirs from their adventures etc.

For hauling missions when there's too much freight to fit completely in the core, Nov is sometimes equipped with large canvas packs attached to the outside of her hull.

Riding Hood: An old ship's tarp has come in handy as a makeshift cloak when traveling in extreme weather conditions.

The Broomstick Although November was originally only designed for amphibious locomotion and is considerably heavy, Professor Fukurō has devised external rocket attachments which enable limited flight. November HATES this damn thing and she will almost never allow it to be used. For special missions only.

The Harder they Fall: November is all about strength and brute force. While that comes with a lot of advantages, there are some serious drawbacks to go with it. Foremost is that she doesn't turn on a dime. She has a lot of weight to haul around and simply can't keep up with swift, agile opponents. Her sheer size also means there are quite a few places that she just isn't gonna fit into without ensuring you will NEVER get the security deposit back. Movement is difficult in narrow or cluttered zones like cities or canyons. Unstable surfaces like ice, mud or loose rock put her at particular risk for falling/getting stuck.

Gimme Shelter: Deep down November is pretty fearful. Because of this she can be goaded to outbursts of emotion that she doesn't completely understand and can't fully control. Additionally, she carries a lot of unresolved anger towards humans in general. If she gets to pick fight or flight, she'll usually pick flight unless it's become personal. Cornering her will make her panic and lash out.

Soft Underbelly: Despite her heavily reinforced hull, November isn't entirely invulnerable. Her joints are unarmored, and the various vents and ventilation ports along her body lead to fragile internal mechanisms. She's so heavy that even minor interior damage is likely to quickly stress and break even more by her own movements.

Magnetic Repulsion: Magnets wreak havoc on her computerized systems.

Gas Guzzler: November must maintain her energy input/output at all times. While she mainly runs off her own atomic reactor, this doesn't cover all of her needs. She still requires maintenance of other systems which eat up a lot of oil, gasoline, antifreeze, hydraulic fluid, ammunition, etc. These aren't always the easiest thing to scare up on the fly, nor are they the kindest to Frankie's wallet.

Is There a Doctor in the House?: Due to November's unique, complicated design, you can't exactly pop on down to the local mechanic whenever something goes haywire. There's not many people out there who are qualified to fix her up. So the rare times she's seriously damaged beyond Frankie's ability to play field medic, it's damn hard getting her back onto her feet.

Hydrophobic: Although designed for the seafloor, a threat detection wire must have gotten knocked out of place somewhere because November can't stand dark or murky water she cant see the bottom of. She's alright if her feet are planted, but the moment she can't touch or see the bottom she starts to panic. Hates flying for a similar reason.

Destroyer of Worlds: Built into November's reactor is a kind of "deadman's switch." If AI or reactor function drops to an unrecoverable extent, the reactor will be triggered into detonation. This would destroy not only November, but everything else in a 60 square mile radius.
