  • Biography

    Orphaned at the age of 8, Marcy Daniels bounced from home to home. Most were kind. But there was one family who took great pleasure in her emotional pain. They were neglectful, using the state's money to finance their own needs, giving her literal scraps to eat, and sending her to school with little else but a bologna sandwich. When she began looking gangly, they made her wear baggy clothing to hide it, and it was a successful scam... Until she collapsed during class.

    15 years old, at the time, she was admitted to a long-term care facility to recover. The emotional damage took longer to repair than her muscle loss. To this day, she still can't handle even the smell of bologna.

    By the time they deemed her fit to leave, she was almost 18, an age where nobody wanted to foster her. So, for the next few months, she couch-hopped, attending online classes during the day and working odd jobs at night. Marcy was determined not to let anyone control what she could eat, wear, or say.
