King Sparda Atlos

He was a looker, and his personality made up a good 40% of that charm. Had he been anyone else- sure, he’d be pretty, but the fact of the matter he was himself, and that made him so enchanting.

He sat high above the party, watching revelers dance and drink. It was his birthday- he’d spent enough time among them, dancing with women and men, laughing and charming his way into memories. Scooping up children and spinning tales of a war since passed, he spoke in words that dripped from his mouth like honey, a voice husky and smooth like a dark ale, and you’d certainly get drunk listening to him too long. Sparda’s sleek black hair had been swept up into a long braid, trailing down his back to his hips- in the stories he told, he’d worn his hair shorter, and now liked to see it as a sign of the peace he’d ushered his Kingdom into, that he had the luxury of wearing his hair so long.

His shirt was worn open, dipped low down his chest now that the children had left the celebration- this was a party for adults, and he kept the mood as such, sitting away from prying eyes. A man and a woman at his side, ones fingers absentmindedly brushing up and down his toned arms, and the other beneath him- he was draped across his lap, lavishing his attention on the male. The woman traced her hands up his shoulders, fingers dancing along defined collarbones until they settled in his hair, slowly undoing the braids.

“Perhaps we should take this party elsewhere, my king?” She purred, and he let out a small hum of agreement. Yes, he’d charmed his way into a harem, a beautiful man surrounded by others just as beautiful in their own ways. Sure, it was a bit... jarring, for travelers to see a King so open with his concubines and their affections, but he liked to think it was part of his appeal. A man who was desired, and in turn desired those around him.

From some, he desired their affections, gentle caresses. But most, and he wasn’t so keen to let this heard, he desired on a smile. This Kingdom was his legacy... he wanted to leave it full of good memories, happy faces. Children who wouldn’t come to know the war he’d grown up in... he’d make Atlos a paradise.
