    Generally, Akane is ever-cheerful and positive (and popular among her classmates for those qualities) though she can be overbearing and uncooperative due to a need for control. She’s also very warm, but this can change if you get on her wrong side; instead, that cheerfulness becomes unsettling and she can be surprisingly passive aggressive.
    As an artist, Akane creates a lot of incredibly disturbing work as an outlet to cope with severe mental health issues. Most of the time, she has a good grasp of herself, and manages this well – but you can imagine the kind of effect high stress and the darkening, missing meds, along with a perceived threat to her relationship with her childhood friend would have.
