    Dr. Juliet Excelia was and still is a brilliant mind. Having several P.H.D's in the scientific field. However, the aspiring young scientist was always put off by the ideas of "moral" and "ethics" and "control" and "safety."

    She wanted to make the world a better place, and she wanted to do it her way. Instead of testing her various cures and genetic alterations on lab rats, Excelia found no problem in experimenting on people, after all no one told her it was outlawed, at least, she didn't remember anyone telling her that.

    She was found out and immediately taking to an insane asylum. There the devil's workshop of her ideal hands drove her over the edge. She managed to escape the facility and found a secluded place to begin her experiments again.
