Fester Gallahan

Weaponry:
- Service modified AR-15, long scope with a smaller sight on the left side of the rifle, long and quick eject magazine typically holding 50 rounds, leather foregrip, and tactical stock

- Service modified Beretta M9, dot sight, and quick launch eject magazine holding 7 rounds.

Special Grade Weaponry:
- Service modified Brutus-234 Railgun. Long rounded-out rectangular focusing barrel with shields lining the barrel's two sides, light-up launch force indicator receptacle, marksman stock equipped with mechanical arms wrapping around and guarding the shooting arm's shoulder, industrial metal foregrip built under the barrel, round magazine with 4 retractable split-point metal stakes, angular momentum builds up in the body of the railgun to the point of the stakes emitting energy, the handle attaches it's mechanical safety braces to the user's wrist, once the stake gets shot the stake can no longer retract.

- Service modified Shredder-7B Mobile Heavy Rotary Cannon. A mobile machine gun, the handle is built inside of a metal tunnel, another handle protrudes further down the gun, it points diagonally on the underside of the gun, there is a wire protruding from the underside of the gun and extends to a mobile Ammo Block strapped onto the belt on a typical soldier, the Ammo Box on the inside has an open portal that leads to ammo reserves, the wire vacuums the reserves and launches it out the barrel, the gun has three barrels and extends inches away from the soldier, with a blocky and triangular barrel supports, the gun shoots energy-laced 50. Cal bullets, the gun weighs less and sizes less than the typical minigun.

- Service modified Garreto-Horrice Pistol. Comes with metal mechanical arms that brace around the wrist(s) of the user, looks akin to a hunting pistol, the bottom of the handle has a metal extension that protrudes to the body of the gun, the hammer is replaced with a pin that protrudes outward, it gets pushed in quickly when shot, it breaks open to reveal the slot for ammo, the ammo is shaped as a cylinder-shaped box with multiple energy-laced bullets inside, when the bullets hit a target blue smoke usually emanates from inside the bullet.

- Service modified Galeel-392 Assault Rifle. Akin to the AR-15, the magazine is sphere-shaped, holding 100 energy-laced rounds, the handguard has three holes on either side otherwise it is covered all way around, the stock is capable of better storage from the usage of portals, the handle and foregrip have attachable safety braces as well, shifting scope and sight attached to the right side of the gun, the gun includes four barrels, when the gun is used for prolonged periods smoke appears out of the handguard's holes.

Every sector has different attire for different purposes, this lists the typical operator attire for the Special Grade Insurgency Force sector.

Hardened-Polymer Undersuit
Typical undersuit for SGIF sector operators, an undersuit that leaves no openings for the body, the suit has no holes of any kind whatsoever, it is layered with hexagon-shaped armored polymers, the suit retracts into itself when the operator deems it necessary, the head is usually the typical spot to retract the suit. The armor can withstand any type of damage, including incendiary damage, blunt force, stretching and shredding, and is mostly known for its tenacity to resist gunfire, up to 93. Cal. Although it does tend to wear down when under heavy fire for prolonged amounts of time.

Enhanced Kevlar Armor
Heavily modified Kevlar plates line over the undersuit, these are wrapped in the typical black cloth, although some are out in the open, specifically lining the outside of their hands and fingers, all over the legs, feet, and pelvis, to the torso which is where the person's main vest is, and it ends at their helmet.

Retractable Helmet
The helmet includes a retractable on command, a multi-use face mask made with enhanced-bonded materials, resembling that of a typical gas mask, the helmet is attached to the mask and typically looks like a regular combat helm although it is a darker shade of black than the lower rank sector helmets. The eyes for the mask display multiple types of information to the user to aid them in multiple types of situations.

Fester had attained a major scar due to his head-on collision with the computerized T.R.E.N.C.H Warfare System. A mole has been spotted in the facility and shapeshifted into a specific type of mutant designated as the "Deceiver" Unit. This one mutant had attained more intelligence than its other brethren and attempted to derail the coalition from the inside. Fester, the Deceiver, and other friendly units have been at the T.R.E.N.C.H Warfare System Computer Room, the mutant had launched Fester at the computer at an alarmingly quick rate, the computer detonated as a self-defense method installed by the coalition, the other friendly units and the mutant sustained major injuries, there have been 5 deaths, including the mutant, and 23 injured, with those injured being Fester, only his body was covered in a thick unidentified liquid, only his nape was heavily damaged, he was bleeding out heavily but it stopped once he was on the operating table, with the wound being replaced with mechanical parts reminiscent of the T.R.E.N.C.H Warfare System. The system somehow replaced Fester's nape with itself, maintaining its form in his body. The theory is that the chip that was supposed to be left behind after the detonation of the system somehow embedded itself into Fester's open nape, but that is only the theory on how it got there, the theory as how it rebuilt itself into Fester's nape is yet to be solved, as such Fester was confirmed to be seen as a Mutant from now on, although Fester seemed to still be in control of his mental and motor functions, mostly. As such he was still on duty as captain of the SGIF Sector, with the exception that he conducts an Evaluation Test with Dr. Jean every week, there have been no deceptions thus far.

The effects of this wound include mumbling in quick succession, these include reading out enemy positions, evaluating his future tactics, describing how hostiles appear, reading out today's date and time, and his surroundings. Injuries notably stop these mumblings, confirmed to be because of the system taking over half of Fester's cognitive thinking fully, more on the topic of Fester's mental functions during different phases, the system has identified with Fester's voice, registering specific voice commands that are only said by Fester himself, Fester has stated that he was fed this information by the system itself, identified voice commands include "Shut Down" - "Detonate" Shut Down will shut down the entire system for a time, making hacking opportunities impossible for a time, this takes away the mumbling, although it turns on again after it gets the confirmation to turn on again. Detonate will detonate the entire system, although Fester confirms that the system has told him that he will be taken along with the explosion. Currently, Fester and his stats are all aligned and without any deceptions as of this Evaluation Test.

Addendum: The flesh around the system has now taken a perfectly geometrical shape, it seemed to have made the flesh hard as metal as well. Fester's speech capabilities have been affected as well, with the system voicing out along with Fester, mostly used during greetings, along with stating personnel's names and stating combat tactics out loud to either himself or his platoon, often making Fester's speech more sophisticated than his usual usage of vocabulary.

There is a chance that Fester will be completely taken over by the T.R.E.N.C.H Warfare System if he was in extreme stress, this could be looked upon as useful for the coalition but there is the issue with the machine becoming self-aware due to becoming one with Fester. Nonetheless Fester recognizes the potential use of this effect and has requested a "portable cognitohazard" as such we have provided him with such an object, below here is where it can be found, although only Fester is able to read it.
