When she was younger and more clumsy, she used to live with her parents and sister in her parents' corn farm. She used to live there and help the farm until her mother began acting strange.. She was super moody, lash out out of the blue and actually became the reason why her father left the house, leaving her and Lolla with trouble. One night, she decided to take matters into her own hands and pushed her mother away, but her mother didn't wake up upon hitting her head on the floor. Not knowing what to do and being at the young age of 5, she took Lolla by the arm and both of them ran away never to be seen in that area again.

A few months later, they were adopted by Shadow The Hedgehog, and became a full found family after Sonic married Shadow.
