        I think you may be referring to my mention of a bakery that closed? It's still vacant and could use a bit of a clean-up. I'm hoping that a new cafe will open somewhere to replace the closed Sage Bakery and the Aspen Coffeehouse."

            There is also a recently closed cafe by the beach you can check out at 3117 Ocean Park Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90405. The lease I bet will be costlier there being on the promenade."
