⎨NAME⎬
Her full name is Syrena Elune Archeron. ⎨ALIAS(ES)⎬ Syrena rolls off the tongue easily enough, and no sobriquet or endearment have ever seemed to stick with her. ⎨AGE⎬ She appears to be no more than 19 years of age, when in fact she is far older. Amongst her kin, she is still considered young. February 7th which makes her an Aquarius. ⎨NATIONALITY⎬ She is of X descent, born and raised in the Lost Kingdom of Caladore, located in the depths of the Great Ocean south of the Barrier Reef. ⎨RESIDENCE⎬ Albeit not considering it a home, she currently finds herself wandering around in the City of Rivers, Doranelle. ⎨OCCUPATION⎬ She is attempting to make her way of life on the condemned continent of Erilea, utterly oblivious to the ways of the Fae and the conflict that lies at the heart of the land and poisons its inhabitants. ⎨ALLEGIANCE⎬ She is loyal to her kingdom of X. |
⎨BUILD⎬
She has a lithe silhouette with long, slender limbs and a delicate bone-structure, yet her muscles are toned beneath the surface and she moves with precision and grace, almost like she is floating. ⎨COMPLEXION⎬ Her silky golden complexion is of a champagne hue in the early light, brightening her delicate features. ⎨HEIGHT⎬ She measures 165 centimetres, but carries herself in a way that makes her appear taller. ⎨EYES⎬ Her eyes are large and shaped like almonds, framed by full brows and lashes so long they catch snow in the winter. The deep brown of her irises is spun by warm walnut hues and deep ambers with occasional flecks of something much darker, that gives her a look of something unearthly and powerful. ⎨HAIR⎬ Moonlight and honey have woven together to make up her golden hair, that flows by day and shines by night. Her glossy locks falls to her mid back in soft waves. ⎨TRADEMARKS⎬ Her slight and unusual accent tells tales of distant shores, love and lives long lost and hidden treasures. She leaves a faint trace of sea salt, rosehip and hawthorne behind her wherever she goes. |
⎨QUIRKS⎬
She is sentimental at heart and isn't shy of pocketing a small trinket if it is connected to a fond memory. ⎨SEXUALITY⎬ She considers herself to be heterosexual. ⎨STRENGTHS⎬ She is brave like none other and has good instincts about people and situations (for the most part). She is curious, speaks her mind and lets no one or no thing define her or tell her what to do. ⎨WEAKNESSES⎬ Her unpredictable and reckless tendencies gets her in trouble more often than she cares to admit. She doesn't love or trust easily, which is an unfortunate side-effect of a betrayal, that took everything from her. ⎨LIKES⎬ The rush of doing something reckless, the sound of the crashing waves during a thunderstorm, listening to and creating music, collecting trinkets, shiny objects and coloured seashells for her treasury. ⎨DISLIKES⎬ Confinement and small spaces, the fragility of her human body, broken promises, covetous looks from men, anything involving or relating to heights, being exploited for her powers - voice and tears alike. |

Introverted· Observant· Feeling· Prospecting Adventurers are true artists – although not necessarily in the conventional sense. For this personality type, life itself is a canvas for self-expression. From what they wear to how they spend their free time, Adventurers act in ways that vividly reflect who they are as unique individuals. And every Adventurer is certainly unique. Driven by curiosity and eager to try new things, people with this personality often have a fascinating array of passions and interests. With their exploratory spirits and their ability to find joy in everyday life, Adventurers can be among the most interesting people you will ever meet. The only irony? Unassuming and humble, Adventurers tend to see themselves as 'just doing their own thing,' so they may not even realise how remarkable they really are. Adventurers embrace a flexible, adaptable approach to life. Some personality types thrive on strict schedules and routines – but not Adventurers. Adventurers take each day as it comes, doing what feels right to them in the moment. And they make sure to leave plenty of room in their lives for the unexpected – with the result that many of their most cherished memories are of spontaneous, spur-of-the-moment outings and adventures, whether by themselves or with their loved ones. This flexible mindset makes Adventurers remarkably tolerant and open-minded. These personalities genuinely love living in a world filled with all kinds of people – even people who disagree with them or choose radically different lifestyles. It is no surprise, then, that Adventurers are unusually open to changing their minds and rethinking their opinions. If any personality type believes in giving something (or someone) a second chance, it is Adventurers. That said, Adventurers' go-with-the-flow mentality can have its downsides. People with this personality type may struggle to set long-term plans – let alone stick with them. As a result, Adventurers tend to have a pretty cloudy view of their ability to achieve their goals, and they often worry about letting other people down. Adventurers may find that adding a little structure to their lives goes a long way toward helping them feel more capable and organised – without quashing their independent spirits. In their relationships, Adventurers are warm, friendly, and caring, taking wholehearted enjoyment in the company of their nearest and dearest. But make no mistake: This is an Introverted personality type, meaning that Adventurers need dedicated alone time to recharge their energy after socialising with others. This alone time is what allows Adventurers to reestablish a sense of their own identity – in other words, to reconnect with who they truly are. Creative and free-spirited, Adventurers march to the beat of their own drum, and it would be easy to assume that they do not particularly worry what other people think of them. But this is not the case – Adventurers are thoughtful and perceptive, able to pick up on people's unspoken feelings and opinions, and it can upset them if they do not feel liked, approved of, or appreciated. When faced with criticism, it can be a challenge for people with this personality type not to get caught up in the heat of the moment. If they encounter harsh or seemingly unfair criticism, they may even lose their tempers in spectacular fashion. But there is good news, too: Adventurers live in the present, and they know that they do not need to dwell on past hurts or frustrations. Rather than focusing on how things could be different, people with this personality type have an incredible capacity for appreciating what is right about life just as it is. Everywhere they look, Adventurers can find sources of beauty and enjoyment that other people might miss – and this perspective is just one of the many gifts that they share with the world. |

⎨S T R E N G T H S⎬ Charming ❦ People with the Adventurer personality type are relaxed and warm, and their "live and let live" attitude naturally makes them likeable and popular. Sensitive to others ❦ Adventurers easily relate to others' emotions, helping them to establish harmony and good will, and minimise conflict. Imaginative ❦ Being so aware of others' emotions, Adventurer personalities use creativity and insight to craft bold ideas that speak to people's hearts. While it is hard to explain this quality on a resume, this vivid imagination and exploratory spirit help Adventurers in unexpected ways. Passionate ❦ Beneath Adventurers' quiet shyness beats an intensely feeling heart. When people with this personality type are caught up in something exciting and interesting, they can leave everything else in the dust. Curious ❦ Ideas are well and good, but Adventurers need to see and explore for themselves whether their ideas ring true. Work revolving around the sciences may seem a poor match for their traits, but a boldly artistic and humanistic vision is often exactly what research needs to move forward – if Adventurers are given the freedom they need to do so. Artistic ❦ Adventurers are able to show their creativity in tangible ways and with stunning beauty. Whether writing a song, painting an emotion, or presenting a statistic in a graph, Adventurers have a way of visualising things that resonates with their audience. |
⎨W E A K N E S S E S⎬ Fiercely independent ❦ Freedom of expression is often Adventurers' top priority. Anything that interferes with that, like traditions and hard rules, creates a sense of oppression for Adventurer personalities. This can make more rigidly structured academics and work a challenge. Unpredictable ❦ Adventurers' dislike long-term commitments and plans. The tendency to actively avoid planning for the future can cause strain in Adventurers' romantic relationships and financial hardship later in life. Easily stressed ❦ Adventurers live in the present, full of emotion. When situations get out of control, people with this personality type (especially Turbulent ones) can shut down, losing their characteristic charm and creativity in favour of gnashing teeth. Overly competitive ❦ Adventurers can escalate small things into intense competitions, turning down long-term success in their search for glory in the moment, and are unhappy when they lose. Fluctuating self-esteem ❦ It is demanded that skills be quantified, but that is hard to do with Adventurers' strengths of sensitivity and artistry. Adventurers' efforts are often dismissed, a hurtful and damaging blow, especially early in life. Adventurers can start to believe the naysayers without strong support. |
Aquarius is the eleventh astrological sign in the Zodiac. It is found in a region often called the Sea due to its profusion of constellations with watery associations such as Cetus the whale, Pisces the fish, and Eridanus the river. The water carrier represented by the zodiacal constellation Aquarius is Ganymede, a beautiful Phrygian youth. The king of gods, Jupiter, became enamored of the boy and flew down to the mountain in the form of a large bird, whisking Ganymede away to the heavens. Ever since, the boy has served as a cupbearer to the gods. |

The Aquarius woman is both dazzling and terrifying, all at once. Governed by the stars of the night sky, she is strong-willed, with a free spirit and an uncompromised devotion to life. Her bright Aqua energies means she is both intelligent and imaginative, a passionate advocate for her own ideas. She is an edgewalker with a wild sense of adventure that offers her a world of possibilities. 'You must burn brighter than ever because you are a daughter of the stars, and you belong only to yourself, not this world.' Saturn's forcefield is that of the stern taskmaster, which is why this woman loves to put her ideas out to the world. She will think creatively and inventively. She is very sociable, both a good listener and a great speaker. She is happiest when surrounded by other kindred spirits, the glowing medallions of the sky a powerful influence. She is a free and independent thinker. She will go out and make it on her own. She will push boundaries and has intelligence and imagination to turn her dreams into reality. She is the woman who wakes up with purpose, who shows up and never gives up. |

Sirens (Σειρῆνες, Seirênes) are dangerous creatures in the shape of beautiful maidens with the tail of a fish; singing enchantresses capable of luring passing sailors to their islands, and, subsequently, to their doom. Their lovely appearance and enchanting music and singing voices enables them to lure and enthrall everyone within earshot. It is also said that they can even charm the winds and shape the waves with their allure. "Their song, though irresistibly sweet, was no less sad than sweet, and lapped both body and soul in a fatal lethargy, the forerunner of death and corruption." |
⎨MERFOLK PHYSIOLOGY⎬
This ability enables Syrena to transform into a mermaid, a being with the upper body of a humanoid and the lower body of a fish. The transformation occurs whenever she comes in contact with water, and bestows her with the signature tail as well as webbing and gills for underwater swimming and -breathing. The process is reversed as soon as she treads on land, enabling her to inhabit the land or the ocean in whatever way pleases her, although most of her kin usually choose the latter. Merfolk are sometimes depicted as perilous creatures associated with floods, storms, shipwrecks, and drowning. In other folk traditions (or sometimes within the same tradition), they can be benevolent, bestowing boons, teaching or even falling in love with humans. ⎨UNDERWATER BREATHING⎬ Thanks to the gills, that come as a part of her transformation into her Siren form, Syrena is able to breathe under water, enabling to stay submerged for hours or even days. That being said, the human part of her still has need of air, and thus it is rare for her kind to take permanent residence in the depths of the ocean. ⎨SIREN SONG⎬ With this ability, Syrena is capable of emitting an astonishingly beautiful and enchanting song, that enables her to summon or lure anyone within range of the sound to come to her. The song itself is ancient and otherworldly, being crushingly sad and full of hope all at once. It tells a story, but nobody is able to recall its meaning once she stops singing - or anything else, for that matter. The Siren Song puts its targets in a trance, and temporarily leaves them at the mercy of the singer. ⎨HEALING TEARS⎬ Although Sirens are notorious for their ruthless demeanor, they cry tears with healing properties. Naturally, this occurrence is extremely rare as the emotion behind the tear has to be genuine in order for the healing to take place (and even then, there is no guarantee that a tear will come at all). Once bestowed, the droplet heals whatever wound it comes into contact with, that being minor as well as fatal injuries. ⎨PROLONGED LIFESPAN⎬ Sirens are blessed (or cursed, depending on the sentiment) with a significantly longer lifespan than the average human. This can in part be explained by their aquatic form being far more durable than human flesh, making them less prone to illness and injuries, but they do in fact age more slowly. The oldest known Siren lived to be a thousand years, and even so she remained an epitome of health, beauty and grace until her final breath. |
