Aniphi stands proudly at 6'2" and carries herself with a certain grace that is unusual for a tiefling, especially at her stature. Though not the tallest amongst the various races of the Realms, she certainly towers over a good portion of the population. Her muscular build helps her don her plated armor with ease, allowing her to move effortlessly across the battlefield despite her heavy armor and weapons. Even though she can be described as graceful, she is anything but agile and swift. Her powerful body is decorated from head to toe with scars and wounds, naming them all would take too much time. The more prominent scars can be seen upon her torn back and arms, gnarled pale flesh from a time long ago. Her porcelain skin is almost pure white, leaving her scars to be almost a pinkish color upon her flesh.

The tiefling's diamond-shaped head is surrounded by her silvery-white locks, her straight hair is somewhat thin and is kept at about shoulder length. Strands of darker gray can be seen from her scalp here and there, giving her hair a little bit of color at least. Her locks of hair only being a slightly different white than her pale skin. Her hooded eyes are a noticeable ruby red color, including the sclera of her eyes. Faint rings of deeper red can be seen to distinguish her iris from the rest of her eye. Her features are rather pointed despite, having a somewhat flat nose and narrow lips that have a faint pink tone to them. Besides scars, she doesn't seem to have many beauty marks or freckles adorning her flesh. Only having a few here and there.

The first thing to note about the tiefling is the crown of various horns that adorn her scalp, three sets of twisting horns can be seen and each has its own curve and twists to them. Aniphi's crown of horns is a bit darker than her white skin and is almost a light pink or peach color. The horns were once symmetrical, but it's clear that at one point there was an attempt to shave down the growths but to no avail. After some years they have grown out and are now less symmetrical than they were. Of course, like most Hell-spawns, Aniphi has a long, pointed tail that erupts from her lower back and reaches her feet. Though often it can be found wrapped around her waist over her armor. One last detail that is not as noticeable, underneath her attire and armor, upon her upper back, and near her shoulders are two shortened limbs. These extra limbs were once wings, though were clipped and cut at a young age and merely left behind simple stubs.
