    Noel is a sweetheart when you first meet him, being cheerful and passionate. He's fun to be around if his flirtatious nature doesn't bother you, and he always wears a wide smile. He's optimistic, and nobody can ever recall catching him at a time where he was down-- everything makes him happy. Charismatic is also one of his dominant traits; despite being considered odd, most people tend to really like him.

    Noel's an expert at manipulating others, though he also has trouble resisting his own impulses. And, despite being constantly cheerful, he has a constant yearning to destroy. He loves murder-- the plotting, the setting-up, the actual killing part; all of it. He's always been a complete sadist, though he doesn't know why. He seems incapable of feeling human remorse or guilt, though deep down, he fears it (even though, to date, he's never felt it). He treats human beings like toys, though he is capable of loving people even if in an obsessive way. He genuinely likes people and likes socializing, but there's always the urge to shatter everything.

    All in all, his modern disposition but twisted morale makes him quite the disturbing individual indeed.
