- Her father is a descendant of one of the older Wish Dragon bloodlines
responsible for some of the most prominent names (as far as Wish Dragons
go) practicing Arcane magicks. He is also a Sultan of a decently sized kingdom
with a prime trade route location.


- Her mother is a Moon Elf of no real notable bloodline importance (at least
not known to her) and was the favorite concubine to the Sultan. When herbal
preventative measures failed and she was discovered to be with child, she was far
enough along that it was decided to allow the pregnancy to continue to term.


- A male offspring from a concubine would've had more options available to him in life. However,
if he were to have any sort of position within the palace then he would have most definitely been
made a Eunch and had the options to be trained as a warrior or Arcanist (depending on what abilities
they seemed to possess). If it was decided that he didn't have the physical or magical prowess then he
would have been left intact and sent to live outside of the palace.


- Female offspring of concubine were always raised as slaves and rarely kept at the palaces or
even within the kingdoms of their births to avoid conflict with the wives and officially recognized
heirs to the thrones. Sirien, being a female, was raised as a slave though that didn't mean a poor
upbringing. It was believed that an intelligent, well-rounded and happy slave served the best and
would fetch the highest price. Within the kingdom slaves were taught to read, write, play music,
as well as a slew of other talents ranging from simple to exotic and if they possessed arcane talents
then they were even more prized.


- Siri displayed great arcane potential from a very young age which some assumed should've
been polluted out of her by being a half-blooded Wish Dragon. Still, others believed that it was
in fact her Moon Elf heritage that might've been the key to unlocking even greater magical potential.
There was great debate as to what exactly to do with her since the laws prohibited putting the
offspring of a concubine, especially a half-blood, into the temple to teach her the ways of becoming an
Arcanist even if she showed great promise. Still, there was also uncertainty if selling her off would have
been wise either since her magical abilities in the wrong hands could lead to great evils which could
eventually lead to the downfall of the kingdom. Eventually, it was decided by the Elder Arcanists to place
powerful magical 'blocks' that would stunt her magical abilities to next to nothing as well as some mental
blocks to keep her in a perpetual state of amnesia regarding her childhood.


- Due to being only half Wish Dragon she wasn't born with her wings, instead, they
grew in when she hit puberty but they were removed shortly after they finished in an
effort to mask her true identity. Only the smallest scars remain and even those are mostly
concealed by her fur. As far as she knows she's a mix of some kind of dragon and something else.
