◦ A pet of her own. The woman needs something to spoil, a 'follow what I say, not what I do' when it comes to other thralls she trains. They're pampered and have good reason to be, likely either exotic or very eager to serve her. Both would be an absolute plus.
◦ Ties to the island. Connections, networking, a reason to do business. Likely works for a well off nobleperson, either as their governess or that of NPC children of their's. The training is more a hobby, one she's eager to delve into during their stay on the island.
◦ Romance. A scandalous fling or a slow moving courtship, perhaps something forbidden, with one wearing a collar that Kazmira is blind to somehow.
