Appearance
Tall, dark, and handsome - perhaps a little cliche but it was fitting nevertheless. After all, at six feet and four inches he certainly had the height down pat with an ectomorph body type. Athletic, toned and muscled without being bulky. He didn't require any amount of excessive muscle to be a true powerhouse and formidable foe. Of course, he also wasn't against fighting smartly or even dirty either. One of his more notable traits would've been mismatched eyes of gold and blue as well as streaks of silver in his hair and in the tuft on the end of his tail. Another would've been a set of slightly risen slash-scars upon his chest.
His taste in clothing tended to be refined without being too over the top, business casual if you would; usually tailored trousers and a belt complete with a flashy buckle, a nice button-up shirt, and well-polished boots with a small assortment of rings to complete the look.

In a nutshell, on the surface he's charming and charismatic but still a bit of an odd guy and that's to put it pretty plainly. Jacobi is complex and has developed many, many layers over the years. Some are natural and some are a veil he purposely put up to shield the others. Or maybe the more unsavory or more vulnerable depths of his character? Whatever the reason it's unlikely that anyone is going to be able to truly peel many or any of them back or at least not very easy since he tends to keep those pretty well guarded.
Deep down is where things get a lot more complex, twisted, and even dark. He's not evil, per say, but he certainly does have a mean streak that borders maniacal even if it's not something easily or readily unleashed. He tends to stay fairly calm and soft-spoken even in circumstances that might elicit a reaction from most people - something that most find unnerving and frustrating. For him to raise his voice or actually 'explode' would take something pretty substantial or a really-really off day for him (maybe even illicit substances) and would almost certainly spell disaster for whoever was on the opposite end.

(stuff found below shouldn't be considered common knowledge unless we've discussed as much OOCly beforehand. Jacobi goes through pretty decent lengths to keep loose-ends dealt with and himself in the clear.)
Jacobi is indeed a Duke but long ago got entangled with a criminal organization which he eventually worked his way up the ranks of (through whatever means needed), to take over as well as expand the business into an extremely profitable and smoothly functioning entity. Some of the things he does or will hire others to do include; fencing, kidnapping (only adults), smuggling, blackmail, enforcing, and assassination.
It's also rumored he sold his soul to the Devil in order to achieve even more power, money, and fame - the works. Who knows if it's true though.

This is a very specific role that I'm eager but not in a rush to fill as I want to be sure that whoever does fill it meshes well with me not just ICly but OOCly as well since there will be plotting involved. Someone that Jacobi can take under his wing. Whether it's someone that is already a criminal that shows promise or someone that is more on the straight and narrow that he can corrupt, twist, and convince that Jacobi is the bee's knees and they'd do anything for. If the latter, you NEED to be warned there's probably going to be manipulation and other similar methods. However, I would ALWAYS discuss specifics beforehand and make sure nothing goes beyond anyone's comfort level but if the idea of your character being corrupted through less than savory means isn't ideal then PLEASE don't approach asking about this role!

It's exceedingly unlikely he'd get himself seriously involved with anyone unless they
too were polyamorous. Even then he'd be fairly selective though gender doesn't matter.
Jealousy has its moments of adding a little spice but in general, he doesn't have the time,
patience, or desire to deal with jealous lovers.
