• Mannerisms: Can commonly be seen spacing out and rubbing his palms with his thumbs to relieve stress. When in the workshop, he might rub at the scar under his chin. As for when he's worried over his fiancé, he'll probably be more likely to get somewhat clumsy, anxious over his return or safety. He's nothing if not caring and absolutely nerve-wracked all the time.

Description

Gerallt is slim but has a sturdy build and structure, thanks to his profession of welding. He is in charge of welding for an inclusive repair shop, but he also welds art for the city as well as teaches welding classes every second Saturday. In his free time, he works in a forge to enhance the metals he works with, then will smith them into what he desires, whether it is intricate armor for cosplay fanatics, custom weapons for himself or for weapon-lovers, or really anything that comes to mind. Usually, he will return home covered in metal dust and black soot, with several new burns in his skin and clothes, reeking of metal and flames.
His hands are strong and conditioned, and he has incredible motor control and impressive reflexes.



A thin scar runs along the underside of his jaw from an accident in his workshop while training someone. The trainee had been cutting a piece of metal incorrectly and a shard shot out towards Gerallt, who had been minding his own business polishing a different piece, and struck him under the chin. Thankfully, his head had moved a smidge, otherwise the underside of his jaw would have been shredded and the bone snapped. The trainee realized he'd almost killed his instructor and promptly quit, going into a completely different hobby.
Every so often, while he's training someone else, he'll rub the underside of his jaw, where the thin scar is, hoping another accident doesn't happen.

His features resemble that of his mother rather than his father, with a smidge of that prideful, inherited Celtic femininity and the simple yet descriptive expressions he makes. His lips are lightly bowed, the lower lip fuller and slightly darker than the upper lip. He was born with a slightly pointed left ear (Stahl's ear, also called an Elf Ear), that stuck with him into adulthood. He was insecure about his pointed ear as a child, but now he's grown to love it, learning about the Welsh and historical Celtic beliefs behind them and embracing them, along with his love for fantasy and medieval mythology.

His adoration for fantasy and medieval stories has only grown as he got older, filling him with wonder in the times where he isn't working. It is his safe place, where he resides on stressful days to recuperate and grant himself peace of mind.

His shoulder blades are incredibly prominent, resembling at times the spaces where powerful beings would have had wings. His collarbones and cheekbones and shoulders are prominent with jutting skeletal structures, a wonder to behold.
