    Sweeten the Pot - It is as if the universe has tipped the scale in his favor. He is more likely to experience waves of luck in almost any situation, increasing his chances for crits, wins, and loots. [Boosts luck rolls by +5 and increases crit range by half his Luck: 4]

    Deckhead - The introduction of the Network has left him hexed. When he isn't working or spending time with friends, his brain is lost to the code as he dives deep to explore and break into whatever he can find no matter the level of ICE. A 'Diamond in the Rough', his speed and intelligence for hacks and scripts grow more skilled by the day.     Four Eyes - With his eyesight already dismal, he's pretty much blind without his glasses. When his glasses are removed or broken, he takes an additional -10 debuff to PER rolls while he stumbles around looking for them.

    Technophile - Obsessed with the latest and greatest of anything tech advancement, he is more than happy to gush over it to others. Unfortunately, once he starts there is no stopping him.

    Soft-Hearted - In tense situations, he is more likely to try to avoid confrontation if possible, wanting to stay safe on the sidelines unless provoked. If he can't avoid it, instead he does his best to try and diffuse the situation from getting any worse.

    "Are You Really a Shark?" - He has a very sensitive nose when it comes to blood, so much so that he'll actually get queasy and dizzy from too much of it. Despite working in a Rippershop, he tends to avoid situations that may be too bloody or gruesome for him so to keep his head... and stomach... from spinning. [Roll END to determine sickness.     The Only Game in Town - One taste of the rush from a good gamble and he's been hooked ever since. Can't resist getting involved in any betting game where the stakes are high, even if the odds are strongly against him.

    To escape the overbearing pressure from his father's unending expectations and demands, Theodore found himself resorting to throwing lavish, hedonistic parties to relieve his stress. Given his family's wealth, he was able to throw his money around wherever and whenever he could: laying out a buffet of designer drugs and top-quality alcohol for his guests throughout the night; buying out entire brothels to elicit orgies on the main floor; encouraging guests to participate in betting rings of the most depraved, violent games; and so much more. His entire personality (and seemingly appearance) would completely change throughout all this. Becoming a charismatic debonair playboy, dressed in only the finest suits, expensive jewelry, and the latest tasteful fashion rolling into New Reno. Despite his small size and twinkish appearance, the unending confidence oozing from every pore made him the lifeblood of the party.
    Although he says he's long left that lifestyle and 'horrible' personality behind, in some moments the old Theodore will slip through the cracks, giving him an unnatural boost to his charismatic attempts at persuasion, seduction, and intimidation.
