Ivanov House

Sergei Ivanov's house is a 3-story manor with rooms for rent. It sees a rotating cast of occupants, most of whom come in down on their luck and leave when they've found something better. He'll allow just about anyone he deems trustworthy to stay, but there's an understanding in the surrounding neighborhood: This is a brothel, and most of the tenants that occupy the solitary rooms on the top floor bring in guests to pay their way.
Sergei is aware of this, and while he rarely engages himself, he provides cover and protection to the sex workers under his roof. If any of them are up to other, less savory things, then that's none of his business, is it?

Most of the manor's maintenance is undertaken by its inhabitants during their free hours. In general, the housemates all get along with each other, though drama between them does crop up every now and then.

The master bedroom belongs to the owner himself, with smaller rooms allotted to the others that live and work there. The first floor has a foyer leading to the stairwell to discourage guests from doing too much wandering.
Most of the workers prefer to take the back entrance around the garden fence to get into the shared kitchen area where johns aren't allowed. The front room and dining room have been known to play host to some scandalous and high profile parties.
