The Celestials Grace

Neatly penned in the beginning of these neatly arranged documents was the following note:
To Whom it May Concern:
My name is Rowan, and I have no surname to date. I am pleased to see I have either caught your attention, whether in person or if by the Celestials' grace, let this fall into your lap. I wish to offer you my deepest regards, and ask that should anything in my papers not make sense to you, to please let me know. Clarification is sometimes the very thing needed for enlightenment in any given situation. I wish you, and those around you, well.

Once pristine pages were now well worn, with the previous note neatly struck by the stroke of a well placed quill. In its stead, a new note was now affixed to the front of those pages with two stamps placed on them: One showing the exchange of ownership via the Tethers' crest, and the acceptance of the goods by an icy crest in kind.
The creature, to be called Rowan, is now under the direct ownership of Lady Winter. Listed below are the expectations, and wants, that she holds her monster to:
Firstly, this one will be highly honored to be picked for any sort of rental service and will be expected to present itself accordingly. Should there come to be a problem with disobedience in this regard? Punishment may be given accordingly barring physical dismemberment, removal of her feathers and permanent maiming.
Secondly, this beautiful monster is open for of any and all types of rentals. Here are the boundaries henceforth set in place: heavy bondage scenes are to be handled by this ones Owner, and owner alone. Light bondage and rope play are completely allowed. It's Owner currently finds that any sort of fetish wear is of high interest and is willing to negotiate training for her slave of any sort.
Most importantly, use this slave in any way you see fit - put this creature through the paces! The Owner has expressed implicit instructions that for any individual or creature that goes forth with a rental: work her body to the point of breaking. Manual labor, survival skills, weight training. Anything to help the harpy bulk up and increase the strength that they possess.
One thing that must also be adhered to: Do not let this creature go hungry! Their body is currently going through a series of changes that are affecting the rate of their growth including shifting bones, tissues and new feathers. It requires an excessive amount of energy, and Lady Winter has a certain idea in mind for how she wants her slave to be.
Keep her Owner appraised of any situation that her property will be in, and more importantly, tell her of her monsters' session. Especially for any service found lacking.
Down below those notes laid another icy crest as a signature that all the information contained within was agreed upon and to the large woman's satisfaction.
