Bjarke is known as giant among men, standing at a daunting six feet and nine inches. His body is diligently toned after spending almost his entire life learning the art of battle and navigating the sea alongside a crew. He is often envied by most men he meets, because of his unfathomable height and good looks, with a chiseled jaw covered by a short, well-groomed beard. There's nothing about his appearance that doesn't scream masculinity, with the exception of his hair, which can be called long by foreigners, who don't understand the customs of the Norsemen. His locks aren't that long, really, just enough to where he can pull it off of his face, in order to see better. When it comes time to bed a lucky wench for the night, she will be more than satisfied with his size, perhaps a little too satisfied. He's well-endowed, and he makes sure to keep the area clean, a direct contrast to the mass of hair on his face.

B A C K G R O U N D

Bjarke Iver. That was the name Jarl Sigurd had decided to name his first-born son, his heir. The boy was an Erling, the son of a high chief, and that title would remain in his name as well. He had great lands to inherit and a fortune amassed from his ancestors stealing off the coasts of Britannia and northern France throughout the years. All of southern Norway would be his to rule, or at least that was the plan.

The Sea Cub was around seven or eight when his father's longhouse had its doors burst open and filled with housecarls that bore the coat of arms of a rivaling chieftain. Bjarke watched as his father and his father's men were struck down, too drunk to stand and fight properly, and as his inheritance, his ancestors' lands, were stolen right out from underneath him. As a result of the raid, and the boy's inability to escape the dangerous situation, he was captured by bastard, who sent his father to Valhalla. That should've been the end of his life, being speared through the chest or having his boy head swiped off with the swing of a single axe. But it wasn't.

Chieftain Rurik had decided to spend the mercy that could've been given to the high chief he had just slain to the pathetic little boy that was squirming in his grasp. Demanding that the boy relinquish his claims in order to live, he kept the cub under strict surveillance in his court, until he could earn his trust. That took time, no doubt, seeing as though he had killed his father, but it happened, eventually. Three years had been spent under house-arrest before, the now, Jarl Rurik decided to allow the trophy of his conquest take up arms and learn the way of seafaring.

What Bjarke soon came to learn was that after three years of captivity, he loved being on the open sea. It made him feel one step closer to freedom. But as was the way with any young lad living in Norse culture, the art of war needed to be taught. He wasn't sure whether he liked battle or not, at least initially. He came to terms that death was apart of life, and that he needed to stay living to bring glory to his almost relinquished dynasty. When Bjarke turned sixteen and became a man in the eyes of Tyr, his chosen patron, Rurik appointed him as a housecarl to one of his son's ships, to sail and raid the open seas. He spent the rest of his teen years fighting, killing, and pillaging. There was none that could stand in his way once he started growing into the giant he was, towering over the rest of his crew by the end of his first year on the longship.

Soon enough, Rurik had permitted him his own longship and crew, and he was free to travel wherever he wanted, with the permission of his liege lord, of course. He made a name for himself, an infamous one that would plant into the hearts of the Christian infidels and fill them with dread. No longer was he the Sea Cub but instead, he was the Sea Bear, a beast ready to plunder any port or church he came across during his travels. That was how his life was going at the moment, his days off of raiding would be spent at Ivarring Hall, whoring and drinking to his heart's content, occasionally spending time with his two concubines he had been so graciously given to by his host and kin-slayer, and his days on the sea spilt enough blood to turn the waters a dark shade of scarlet. Nothing would ever change, until Rurik had made a deal with a French viscount to marry Bjarke off to their noble-birthed, catholic daughter in exchange for an alliance.

Bjarke is a no-nonsense type of man. He is brutal, stringent, and a million other things that made him seem intimidating. His past trauma has led to him being closed off and just a little paranoid that anyone in his inner circle could be out for his blood. Domination is his key goal, to conquer whatever sight he has in his path, whether it be a wench he wants to bed or a city he desires to pillage. It's the most he can do to feel as though he has true power, since his own power had been stolen from when he was a little lad. The one thing that keeps him going is Tyr, the Asatru god of war, son of Odin. As following the teachings of his chosen patron, Bjarke takes things the violent way, resorting to aggression to have things go in a favorable manor.

He is energetic and excited until the point of time when things become repetitive and monotonous, his energy and enthusiasm will slow down. Maintaining enthusiasm is the biggest challenge for an Aries man.

An Aries man in love and relationships is like an open book that can be read clearly. He will do anything to win the heart of his lady love. He will insist on her and do romantic actions to make a girl fall in love with him. But at times, he gets lost in love and does not know what he is doing. He will not be able to express his feelings to her and feel distant and annoyed. The only trouble he faces in love and relationships is connecting with a partner.
