Lyra Vey

Born into a prestigious family, the only heir to the family name, Lyra had been used as a prop since birth. For years her mother had her dressed as if she were a doll. Frilly dresses and bows. Jewelry and corsets coming later on. She was expected to be both smart and delicate. She was educated and home trained. She would one day have to run the family and bag herself a proper husband to continue the family line. But the feline had other plans. At the age of 21, Lyra had had enough of her family's expectations. She began talking back, shunning the delicate attire that was handmade for her and instead donned clothes better suited for a vagabond. She constantly found her way into both parties and fights. She drank this and smoked that. She slept with whoever she found beautiful. If it was something that could be found unbefitting of her station or something that brought adrenaline to her veins, she wanted it. Eventually things would come to a head between Lyra and her parents and in a storm of profanities she left, choosing to continue her escapades throughout the world. With the hopes that their daughter would eventually return and take up her position, Lyra's family continued to fund her, sending envoys from time to time to try and convince her to come home instead of risking chasing her off forever. It's been 3 years now and the feline is still not ready to accept her lot in life. So, should you see her out and about, it would be safe to assume that she is open to and up to no good.
