    Kayko has waist length light-brown hair that falls in waves over her shoulders and down her back. She usually keeps it pulled back in a high pony tail when she is doing something fairly active, but otherwise wears it down and shoves it out of her face when it gets in the way. She is short, but curvy with ample breasts and wide hips, giving her a stocky appearance. Her wings are slightly atrophied due to lack of use (and because of her weight making it difficult to fly to begin with). She usually just keeps her wings hidden with glamour, or tucked away, and sometimes hides her horns and tail for the comfort of others. She has long, curling ram horns, the points of which tuck just beneath the lobes of her ears, and a long, spindly, leathery tail that is tipped with a barb that is roughly heart-shaped. Her skin is usually fairly pale and rosy, but when she is relaxed and doesn't need to hide-away, she is a deep burgundy color, similar to red wine. She has deep green, sloe-eyes that give her the appearance of being tired (or sultry) and usually has dark circles under them due to sleeping issues. Her eyes are lilac when she is in her true form.

    While in her more human skin, she appears like any other short, precious mom, or chill auntie, but becomes much more MILF/BBW and Temptress in her true skin.
