Atlas is equipped with several incredibly potent weapons, being the flagship Olympian of the Devil Dogs II. His primary weapon is a large, two-barreled cannon design meant to fire a payload-bearing shell at high velocities. These shells were filled with a measured amount of Glycerin and Nitric acid, which, when mixed, result in an unstable compound that is extremely volatile. Volatile enough that the electrons that escape on the atomic level cause it to detonate in a particularly brutal explosion of fire and shrapnel. It is a selective fire, being controlled by a seismic scan of the terrain. In densely covered areas, it functions as semi-automatic to increase accuracy and reduce damages to native flora and fauna. In open fields, or areas with longer sight lines, it functions as fully automatic. Atlas can choose how fast the weapon fires, with the upper end being around 15 rpm. The only limiter to the firing rate is the barrels overheating, so they have been stripped to the minimum possible weight to decrease the thermal holding capacity of the barrels. It has been documented that these barrels can, in fact, melt, so a PPU(Primary Processing Unit) was installed two weeks after these events were logged to keep this from recurring. The secondary weapon is called the A13 Toboggan blade, nicknamed, "The Butterknife" internally due to its immense cutting potential. It has a serrated, high-frequency blade than can slice through a modern tank in a single strike. The downside is that it takes considerable energy, so it is often flicked on and off through battle to maximize energy efficiency, albeit at the cost of the blade capacitor's lifespan. Normally, the capacitor needs to be replaced once every thousand power cycles, or roughly once every 10-50 battles. Due to the high variation, it is often checked after every deployment. Atlas also comes equipped with two JDJ "Fat Mac" high-impacy rifles. Old but gold, these rifles launch a one pound brass bullet at a rate of 2200 feet per second, or roughly one mile every two seconds. The sheer stopping power this weapon bears has had it dubbed, "The Anti-Kaiju Rifle", Kaiju being super sized Japanese monsters from older films. His third, and final, major weapon piece is the X-68 RailMortar. Known under the project name, "Annihilaser", it fires a 100 pound mortar shell with the striking potential of a nuclear weapon, clocking in at 823,200 m/s, 2,400 times the speed of sound. This is achieved by both electromagnetic railguns stacked end to end as well as a massive explosion to get the round moving. When something is moving this fast, it can cleave a miles-long rip into the earth, and therefore not only is the recoil enough to tear an Olympian to peices if used more than once per total overhaul, the immense power cost makes it more of an intimidation tool than actual weapon. However, there are three documented uses of this weapon. All three used in situations where the Olympian was outnumbered 10,000+ to one, and two of which were fired by Atlas himself.
