Personality: Vasilis is a hard person to pin down when it comes to personality. Almost everyone can agree on a few key details, that he is quite sarcastic and seems to have a knack for tactical and business-level thinking. That he is quite confident, even above his skillset. He isn't easy to intimidate even if he has no chance of winning, and that he has a general selfless attitude to most of his actions. But from there, many accounts exist of what kind of a person that Vasilis is.

Some say he is a selfless carpenter who happens to have a silver tongue and moderate leadership skills. Others say he is a sociopath and a manipulator that simply acts and says whatever he needs to in order to get people to trust him or get what he wants. Others say he is a selfless hero who will charge into situations he cannot win to protect innocent people and will do whatever it takes to assist others. Others still say he is a cruel and sadistic man deep down who is trying to slowly worm settlements and other locations under his control to conquer entire regions.

What is he really? There are a few still, who say that you simply will not know what Vasilis is until you meet him.

Positive Traits

Master MacGyver: Gains 20% more resources from scrapping equipment. Uses 10% less resources when crafting or creating things. Can craft certain items without a dedicated crafting station, with a lower chance of success.

Lone Survivor: Having been alone for most of his life and the sole survivor of his home, Vasilis has learned to take care of himself and stay alive. Vasilis recovers 15% more health when self-healing health or rads. Once per day can negate an enemy spotting him.

Neutral Traits

Focused Trader (Scrap): Can sell and buy scrap/junk items for 15% more and less respectively. However, unit trades other resources at a 20% decrease and increase respectively.

Negative Traits
Artifical Distrust: Has a natural distrust and is uneasy around artificial life. Focused Trader loses its positive trait if comuning with a robotic lifeform or synth. Additionally, his charisma suffers a -4 modifier if he is attempting to use it in a passive matter.

Synth Hatred: After the destruction of his home and his family and friends, Vasilis has a hatred for synths. Less likely to help Synths and when failing a Charisma check, is likely to instigate a verbal assault, with a small chance for it to instead initiate a violent encounter.

Scrapper (LV:2): Waste not, want not! You can salvage uncommon components like screws, aluminum, and copper when scrapping weapons and armor. You can salvage rare components like circuitry, nuclear material, and fiber optics when scrapping weapons and armor.

Gunslinger (LV:2): Channel the spirit of the old west! Non-automatic pistols now do 40% more damage and have increased range.
