    Hugo comes from a very technologically advanced, yet economically-divided kingdom.
    As a result, he lives like a criminal, stealing riches to fund his experiments and to live a more lavish life.

    He had street smarts, intelligence, and style. However, Hugo can be very mischievous and sneaky, and is often out for himself.

    Hugo is a tall, lanky young man with very light skin, freckles and bright green eyes. He has a diamond-shaped head with flushed cheeks and freckly cheeks and nose. He has round, bright green eyes behind round glasses with thin brown rims. He seems to have naturally dark eyelids. His angled arch eyebrows are brown and thick with an eyebrow slit in his right brow. He has chin length, strawberry blonde hair with a dark blonde undercut, usually styled into a short, messy ponytail. He has messy bangs are parted on the right side His ears have two piercing, a gold orbital one on his helix, and a silver one on his earlobe. He has a straight, sharp nose with a raised tip of his nose. He is very tall with long fingers, broad shoulders and long legs. He is shown to move quite gracefully.

    He is dressed mainly in a muted, dark green with dark brown details. He has a high-necked, long-sleeved shirt with two tones of greens, along with gray shoulder pats, matching large bracelets and dark green, almost black buttons on the front. His shoulder pats and bracelets are decorated with silver balls. He also wears brown finger gloves and a grey pair of goggles with bright yellow lenses around his neck. In some photos, these goggles are decorated with spikes.

    His pants are more of a teal color, with tall, brown boots on his feet. He seems to have some sort of a pouch strapped onto his left leg with a orange-ish brown piece of cloth.
