Ewan tends to dress moderately and in comfortable clothes. Preferring to let his friends take center stage, Ewan likes neutral colors. He also has terrible eyesight and likes neutral colors for his eyeglasses. Ewan has pale blond hair with a dark streak that he keeps because he cannot commit to fully dying his hair.

With his heterochromatic eyes, the right is blue and the left is green. He does not have any piercings because like his hair he cannot commit to permanently changing his appearance like that. He is rather scrawny and lanky.

Ewan is very book-smart. Liking to keep his grades up, Ewan reads often. In school, Ewan was always studying. Currently, he doesn't know what he wants to do with furthered education but he knows he does want to go to college. Ewan is fastidious and helpful when grades are concerned.

Ewan tends to have a harder time making friends, choosing quality over quantity. He also has a hard time saying no when someone asks him to do something.

Ellie and Seth Flynn decided long ago to try for a child. When they found out that Ellie was pregnant the first thing they did was celebrate together privately. ONce they were passed the scary stage, they held a baby shower and really started in earnest to prepare for their little baby. Choosing to keep the gender a secret until they were born.

When Takeru was born the parents were overjoyed with the birth of their son and were excited to start trying for another when she was able. Unfortunately due to some complications shortly after Ewan was born Ellie became infertile. They still had their Ewan, however, and didn't let it get to them too terribly.

Throughout school, Ewan stuck to his two childhood buddies. Happily helping them to study for any upcoming tests or have fun. When he was in his first year of high school, Ewan and his family were wandering through a pet store and Ewan simply fell in love with a ferret he would later name Rabin Hood.

Ellie Flynn: Rather conservative and religious but not fanatical. As long as one puts forethought into their beliefs then she can accept that. Very lenient. She would love to simply pretend that nothing bad happens or could happen.

Seth Flynn: Was never overly religious but it doesn't come up all that often. There are a few crosses around the house but his wife doesn't want to shove religion down anyone else's throat and he loves her for being so considerate. A little bit strict with their son but as long as Ewan maintains good grades he is happy.
