    Becoming a House's Property
    There is no preference to gender or temperament in an owner, as long as there is an allowance for character growth and is not pleasure focused, private scenes only, or pulling her off the island & away from others ICly.
    As a player, I would prefer at least one scene a month, with communication if this isn't always possible, and ownership will not be instant. Need at least four complete scenes and OOC agreement.
    I will not have her rentals restricted without explicit agreement from me, so if your character is possessive, Kharma is perhaps not your best choice.

    Access to a Garden
    With possible badge opportunities included, Kharma would like to be able to grow anything. Ingredients for cooking, alchemy, or anything in-between.
    Has a green thumb that could be of use; is capable of splicing plants together or encouraging fickle magical flora to grow without issue.
