Appearance: Being born in 850 BC had its disadvantages in the present world. Once considered tall and regal he is now considered below average as he stands at only five feet, eight inches. His pallor is pale to the point of him looking almost sickly, helped along by a light pink coloration around each eye. His muscles are toned and hug his frame modestly. His skin is tattooed and branded, but he tries to keep them concealed beneath common day clothing.
Personality: For three thousand years Godric was destructively cruel to any being that was not a vampire. He was raised surrounded by hatred and cruelty and, knowing no other way to live, perpetuated that mindset until recently. One day a few years back, Godric awoke one day and decided he had enough of living in hatred. It took him over a year of effort to finally rid himself of his anger and be able to look upon the world with clear eyes. Three years later he is a new vampire. His perception of the world and the beings that inhabit it are completely different. He is finally learning what peace is.
Education: None. Nothing formal anyway. He learned things as they were needed. He had been taught how to read the stars and the moon. He knew about healing plants and herbs. He learned about weapons and how to use them as he became fascinated with war. Philosophy had its trend in Greece and Godric learned from the masters. When books were born, he learned to read. He taught himself mathematics. Technoloy was trickier for him as it took his mind longer to grasp the concepted. Eventually, he learned to drive a car, use electricity, and enjoy radio. Television still is not his favorite, but he enjoys movies. He took to computers quickly, something about them made sense to his ancient brain and he enjoys his cell phone.
Lover: The concept of a lover is something totally new to Godric. He has had companions in the form of both men and women who traveled and lived with him, but he never saw the point of love or tenderness. He found lost souls and taught them how to kill and feed and survive. Though, with his new mental state, Godric has opened himself up to the possibility of love. There is a certain witch who has caught his eye and is showing him a whole world, he never knew existed.

Tattoos and Their Meaning
Godric's tattoos seem to indicate that he was of a high rank in his tribe, as they represent an overall theme of death, rebirth, and change. It's possible he was born to be the next shaman of his clan and, even at his young age, was in training.
Neck: The necklace tattoo is traditionally a symbol of protection in many Anglo-Saxon cultures. It's generally given to those who are higher-ranking in the given society, including chiefs, hunters, and warriors.
Right Arm: The tattoo on Godric's right arm is written in Elder Futhark, the oldest runic language. It is a prayer to their Gods for protection, wisdom, and bravery.
Left Arm: A traditional symbol for water, meant to give balance to the youth born under a month ruled by fire.
Spine: The spinal tattoo appears to be a sea serpent. Sea serpents in general represented death and rebirth.
Brand: The brand on Godric's right shoulder blade was the mark of his master, letting all know he was an owned slave and what house he belonged to. -
