Captain Ryan, Spartan 122

Ryan is typical to most Spartans, he is known for a stoic and direct demeanor. He is also highly analytical, making him a master of battlefield strategy, as well as testing prototype weapons. Ryan is a demanding but fair Leader who fiercely protects his Spartans. Ryan also takes no shit from outsiders and will tell them where to put it should they decide to meddle where he doesn’t think they should be. He is also creative in battle and does prefer to improvise and adapt, even if the situation doesn’t call for it. Ryan likes naturally, the company of other Spartans, he also has a strange draw to animals, which he suspects is due to his childhood, even though Doctor Halsey making them cull their pets had more of an effect on him than some of the others, naturally, he does not forge bonds with others easily and when he does, they are hard to break. He has a specific distaste for ODSTs who decide to run their mouths, as well as people who feel a need to fight him in an effort to show off how “strong” they are. He does have a less than favorable working relationship with Doctor Halsey, they tolerate each other but they do not have a “bond”, there's something about her that leaves a foul taste in his mouth.

Ryan has an appearance that is typical to most other Spartans, he is an abnormally tall man, at least by normal Human standards. Due to having spent a good portion of his life shoved in a cyro tube, thrown to some random shit hole that needed Spartan involvement, he does appear much younger than his actual age. Perhaps part of that is due to superb genetics and a result of the augmentation procedures of Project ASTER. But either way, he looks younger than he is.

Ryan has close cut brown hair, with his left eye being blue and his right eye alternating between either blue, purple or gray. Why it changes, he does not know, but that's what it does. His body is adorned with the scars of augmentation, which to the Spartan are a symbol of pride and a sign of overcoming adversity. His body is well honed, toned to the level of an Olympic athlete, often sporting a stoic or neutral facial expression.

Ryan is typically seen wearing either his uniform, MJOLNIR armor or a pair of jeans and a tshirt, possibly a sweater depending on temperature, for some reason, his body temperature does run a bit on the cold side, so he is often seen in a sweater when most would not be. He dresses very plain by nature, as he just wants to blend in and be left alone, typical to most Spartans, he is a bit aloof.

Armor description

Ryan’s armor is simple in appearance, he does not like flashy, and prefers function over form at any time. His armor is the typical dull green used for MJOLNIR armor, with a black powered undersuit underneath that the armor plates connect to. His helmet is also average as well, not a fan of the bubble helmets, as he knows the visor is the weakest point. His helmet is most typical to a typical motorcycle helmet and is what would be drawn up in most people’s minds when the word MJOLNIR armor or Spartan II are used
