  • Lemoyne Chapter

    Rube worked alongside his father as local lawmen in the state of Lemoyne for a short span of 5 years; in that time, their prominent feuding with the Lemoyne Raiders came to a head and an unfortunate incident in Rhodes sparked a bloodbath that was pinned as his father's fault. Five years down the river, Cartwright Taffer turned from the law he had initially chosen to uphold and drove himself into an immediate lifestyle of thieving, stealing and general bullshittery to make ends meet for his family. Now mobile, the family traverses the Homestead with a few new strays.
    Tinecrête Chapter

    Situated along the back end of the state of Tinecrête in the Bramble Hills, the Taffer Gang has put down more stable roots over the last two years since they'd arrived via train passing from Annesburg onward. A deal gone bad chased the collective further north where they've been ever since. The Taffer Gang has been laying low in the area since arriving, only pulling heists out of state while using the train as their primary method of escape back into the foothills and forests of the state. Home robberies, stagecoaches, and the occasional bank are their preferred targets while their main 'income' is fronted as something as innocuous as handywork.
