Kila Ilo

The short version:
Kila was born on a low-tech planet. She lived in a tropical area until she came of age (she trained as a healer), then was moved to the North Pole to live with her dad & his pack (she learned sharpshooting there), and from there she moved to a high-tech planet where she worked as an unlicensed surgeon until her group got arrested. She's been bumming around doing odd jobs since then. One of those odd jobs introduced her to Earth and gave her weird psychic powers.
