Arianna Parthenopaeus

As Apostolos (her "true" form), she appears with black lips, black horns, black hair, yellow/orange eyes shot through with red, black claws, and blue skin with marbled streaks of various other shades of blue.

Anna is usually seen as a very calm and reserved individual, rarely revealing any personal details about herself and needing to keep her emotions in check. She doesn't like her hair being pulled or people breathing down her neck, as it reminds her of her time as a tsoulus.

The king and queen of the Atlantean gods, Archon and Apollymi, were due to have a child. However, the three Greek Fates, daughters of the Greek goddess Themis and result of Archon's infidelity to Apollymi, came to their father, holding hands, and, afraid that their new half sister Arianna would deprive them of their father's affections, spoke that Arianna would be the death of the Atlantean pantheon. No sooner had the prophecy been uttered than almost every other Atlantean god demanded the death of the unborn baby.
Unwilling to sacrifice her baby, Apollymi fled to her birth home of Kalosis, the Atlantean hell realm, where she knew the others wouldn't follow, with her niece Basi and her Charonte demons. Apollymi cut Arianna out of her stomach, extracted her godhood, and had Basi place her in the womb of a pregnant queen, merging Arianna's life force with that of the human queen's child, ensuring Arianna's safety.
The queen chosen was Queen Aara of Didymos. She gave birth to Arianna and another daughter as twins. However, when her human mother saw her eyes, which were of a swirling mercurial color, an oracle came forward, declaring that Arianna would be the death of them all: "Her touch will bring death to many. Not even the gods themselves will be safe from her wrath." She then informed them of the twins' connected life forces. King Xerxes accused Aara of being unfaithful.

At the age of seven, Arianna was ripped from the arms of her sister Ryssa and taken against her will to Atlantis, where she was to be left in the care of her uncle Estes. From then on, she was trained as a tsoulus, a sex slave, and was abused mentally, physically, and sexually for nine years, being starved for weeks at a time and beaten severely for minor offenses such as speaking out of turn.
In the winter of her sixteenth year, Ryssa received a letter from an attendant of Arianna asking her to come to the aid of her sister. Ryssa, wanting nothing more than her sister's safety, discovered that her uncle was selling Arianna and took her away to her summer palace. For many months, they hid from their father and uncle while Ryssa and a small servant child named Maia coaxed Arianna out of her shell. When she had finally begun to trust in Ryssa, her father discovered them and sent him back to Atlantis to be sold by her uncle yet again.
Two years later, Estes died by being killed by Arianna's twin sister, Aikaterini, which left Arianna homeless. She worked as a prostitute in Didymos, where Ryssa found her yet again. Angry at her for showing her a better life than what she had so long ago, she sent her away. For another month or so, senators from the palace paid to sleep with Arianna to vent their frustrations with her twin sister Aikaterini (heir to the throne of Didymos) on her. Aikaterini and Icarion overheard the senators discussing Arianna and she was consequently thrown into the palace dungeon, where she was kept for several months. Ryssa freed her when she nearly died of starvation, causing Aikaterini to almost die with her since their life forces were connected. From then on, Arianna was kept in the palace, but confined to a single room.

Arianna and Poseidon met in his temple. Poseidon was the first man she was attracted to, just as Arianna was the first woman that Poseidon ever wanted. They agreed to be friends (though their physical relationship indicated that they were lovers). Poseidon , despite the fact that he loved her, would not look at or touch her in public, nor ever have her name tied to his. He was ashamed that she used to be a tsoulus and feared that he would be stripped of his powers or killed once the other gods, especially his brother Zeus, learned about his relationship with Anna. When he discovered that she was a Chthonian, he decided to put an end to her life, fearing the destruction of his family's pantheon. He drugged her but did not have the strength to kill her because of his feelings; he resolved to let someone else do what he could not. That night, due to Arianna's drugged stupor, she was not able to save Ryssa and Apollodorus from attackers.
Then the very next day Poseidon watched as Zeus gutted Arianna because of his anger for his mistress and son's brutal murder. The Fates told Poseidon to bring Anna back from the dead to prevent the wrath of Apollymi from destroying them all. Among them, only Poseidon had the power to bring him back because he had her blood in hi . He tricked her into drinking his blood, thus resurrecting her. Arianna was now dependent on Poseidon , needing his blood to retain her sanity and compassion. Arianna was still mad at him and never wanted to speak to him again despite his constant pleas.
It was later revealed that Arianna bore Poseidon's daughter but never knew about it since Poseidon's brother Zeus used his own powers to remove the child from Arianna's loins placing it on a demi-goddess' womb to carry without her knowing, and therefor Arianna did not know her until she was an adult because she and Poseidon weren't on speaking terms until it was too late. After two thousand years, Poseidon created the Dark-Hunters in order to gain Arianna's attention, using her compassion against her. He forced her to barter with him for their pay and freedom. He had sex with her and beat her so he felt more powerful, punishing her because he could never forgive her for making him vulnerable. Poseidon always made it a habit to remind Arianna of what she was and where she came from.

→ Charonte Powers: Anna possesses all powers of the Charonte demons. She was conceived when her mother was bound to Xiamara, and the demonic part of Apollymi (Braith) or her true father, it allows her immunity to other demons and her true Harbinger blue form.

→ Final Fate: Anna can alter destiny with a single word, as shown when she accidentally told Nick to kill himself, leading to Nick's suicide. She can see into the future except for those whom she is close to. Her words are law to all beings.

→ Godkiller: Anna is one of the Chthonians, so she can kill other gods without releasing their power unchecked into the universe, which could destroy it. This power was never meant to be given to a god. When Apollymi put Arianna in the Dydimos' queen's womb, Arianna absorbed Aikaterini's active Chthonian powers and became the only Chthonian god hybrid in existence.

→ God powers: Anna has all the powers you would expect from a god, such as immortality and the ability to fire god bolts. She can also read or erase memories, thoughts, events, and even time from others' minds. She can sense the presence of others, disintegrate into nothing, and bend the physics of time and matter. She is omnipotent and omniscient.

→ Harbinger powers: As the daughter of the Destroyer, Anna has all the powers of a Goddess of Destruction. Her destructive powers were immense even without the added Chthonian powers.

→ Immunity: Due to her Chthonian powers she is somewhat immune to an Atlantean dagger (which would kill any other god in her pantheon). The dagger only makes her lose control and go on a rampage.

→ Life Creation/Destruction: She is one of few goddess' with the power to create life and destroy it. She is the Final Fate, thus she has both creation powers (used by Poseidon to create Dark Hunters) and destroyer powers (Harbinger powers) plus her Chthonian powers and being a Source Goddess, making her one of the most powerful beings in creation.

→ Omnipotence & Omniscience: Arianna is one of the few gods with nigh-omnipotence, and as a goddess of fate (and the Final Fate), her omnipotence and omniscience are nearly absolute with the apparent limits of Source laws to protect the balance of the universe and the Source.

→ Sex appeal: Arianna is also supernaturally seductive and is the embodiment of perfect female beauty. At the height of her sexual prowess and attractiveness, he possesses raw, unearthly magnetism. It is the curse of Epithymia when she touched her skin with her bare hand when she was a baby. This is also the reason Arianna was horribly sexually abused by many in her past and even Poseidon over the centuries.

→ Source Powers: Anna is a Source goddess, chosen by the Source to wield the primordial power and be a fundamental force of the cosmos, a Chthonian, and the Final Fate. She can sense when the balance of the universe is altered.
