Object Description:
SCP-8246 mostly takes the form of its humanoid form, which is a skinny androgynous person of Asian descent with messy long hair who stands at 5’5. It claims to be 47 years old despite having the looks of a woman in her 20s. Its eyes are black with differing shapes; with the left being round and the right constantly shifting between several symbols. It now wears an orange jumpsuit over a white t-shirt, similar to what D-classes wear, but with its designation and object class printed on it.

SCP-8246 can turn into different animals at will, some of the animals it can and prefers to transform into are:

A cat (Depending on what color is on the piece of clothing on her upper body: red, orange yellow: orange | white, gray: white |, etc)
A tiger
A goat
A cow

With this in mind, it can potentially turn into other people, but it claims that it has bad memory when it comes to human/humanoid faces

While transforming, it can turn into a burst of fire with three different colors indicating different states of power from very powerful which also shows up when it’s enraged. With ember (Red, orange, yellow mix) being the second most dangerous and harmful to living beings and green-teal being the least dangerous and surprisingly harmless to contact. These flames don’t seem to affect the surroundings (walls, floors, ceilings of any material). There’s also a purple-pink-colored flame that can melt metal that could potentially destroy everything and anything in sight that only occurs when it’s raging. Although it’s a VERY rare sight, it does and WILL happen if you’re dumb enough to trigger it. It is recommended if this flame happens, contact the lead researcher of SCP-8246 and run to a safe place.

Aside from its anomalies, SCP-8246 regenerates wounds at an average rate of any normal human but is just immune to fire/anything that's burning (i.e. boiling water).

Special containment procedures:
SCP-8246 is to be kept in a normal humanoid cell complete with a bed, and an office table with a few things; a sketchbook (1), and art supplies. It is to be fed 3 times per day. A level 2 or higher clearance is required for any experiments, clean-ups, or check-ups. A minimum of 2 D-classes must be sent in for every experiment, clean-up, or check-up. Any D-class successful in becoming close to it is to accompany her for 3 hours a day from the hours of 12 am to 3 pm (maximum 3 D-classes). If there’s any tension towards it, escort the assigned D-classes out of the containment chamber before things get worse.

SCP-8246 is also allowed to roam facility halls as long on a bi-weekly basis for exercise and socialization.
