Lorelei Mohun

Lori grew up as the cowkin child of Sophia Mohun, a catkin of European descent, and David Mondal-Catlett, an Indian-American cowkin. She has a younger hybrid sibling, Crawford "C" Mohun.

At roughly 6-7 a family friend's evil mother arrived on Earth and traumatized Lori by threatening her and her sibling, to which a panicked Lori abandoned the young C only for both to be saved. C does not remember this event, but Lori does, and this compounded with her mother's repeated telling of a story (Lori's grandmother Sun saving Sophia and her brother's life) Lori never feels up to the strength and legacy of her grandmother, whose looks she mostly inherited, no matter how much power she gains.

And power she got! Puberty hit her like a truck, theorized to be in part due to the demonic power infusion in the womb shortly after her conception that gave her the eyes and teeth, and she grew massive in every way. She lives in a Emp-illegal world after the aforementioned "family friend's evil mother" caused a cataclysm, where the punished have their Empowerments stolen, so for years she's been under heavy observation due to her sheer power - including the ability to breathe fire - being entirely natural to her rather than an Empowerment. Despite this, she dabbles with demons, including a merchant Turgrim she bonded with from a young age, to gain even more power to cope with her feelings of uselessness.
