Arena: Fandrel is first and foremost a Gladiator of House Mal'Thorne. As its prized gladiator of many years, she proudly represents the house in any combat arena she can find, be it the bloody sands of a tournament arena, the judgement pit of Blackridge, or the cage matches of Den of the Dark.
Smithing: Fandrel is an extremely accomplished blacksmith with a specialty in Vilesilver, a type of demon-cursed metal that is stronger than many alloys, and stronger than steel. Besides that, she has ties back to a mine where Vilesilver is regularly extracted, so obtaining the unique metal is no problem.
Enchanting: Years of exposure to the latent magic within the mine have given Fandrel the ability to control some level of black magic, that is to say, the demonic strain of magic that flows through Vilesilver. Using this magic, she can enchant weapons and other items made from Vilesilver to have unique properties, from binding the item to a specific user, channeling dark magic more effectively, or warding off various curses, though these are not the only spells she can manage, if she has the correct ingredients. -
Combat Information
Fighting style: Skilled swordsman, trained in multiple formats, from European longswords, shortwords to eastern style Katana stances.
Weapon of choice: Swords, either a deadly longsword or dual weilding the house's fang-like short swords.
Attitude towards combat: Enjoyed, especially in a fair setting where she can honor her house and earn coin.
Do they fight clean or dirty?: Clean to a fault, Fandrel is a woman of honor and will fight as such in almost every scenario, making exceptions only where her opponent is trying to kill her or someone she loves.
Other Weapons: Fandrel has had implants put in her tail to allow a gauntlet of vilesilver to be attached. They are unnoticeable beneath the fur, but they allow her to equip any number of special attachments to the gauntlet to turn her tail into a weapon. Her favorite of these attachments is a set of katana blades sat into the gauntlet side by side, giving her tail an additional two feet of reach. Another attachment allows her use of a sort of whip made of blades that can slice through foe like butter.
