Personality: Somewhat reserved and hesitates to speak first and is a bit flirty if she thinks it'll put her in someone's good graces. A relatively calm and rational person, though just a bit skittish. Thoroughly kind as an individual but not one to stick her neck blindly. Fairly individualistic, and as a result, give her an inch of freedom and she'll take a foot.
Education: Minimal. Most of Erina's knowledge is of a practical sort. She is capable of a moderate reading comprehension and writing, but unrefined and unreliable. Any education she's acquired from books have been focused around key subjects relating to existing skills or personal interests.
Physical capability: Most physical strength lies in lower body where as upper body lacks. Surprisingly high cardiovascular endurance and does well running, swimming, and climbing.

Her clothes upon arrival were deemed acceptable for her to be placed in the untrained pens and general services to the Golden Tether.

At her hips she wore a leather skirt extending down just past her knees, adorned in beads and designs befitting her tribe. Across her chest a leather a thin, broad section of soft leather was wrapped across her torso secured with leather strips and small animal bone above her right breast. The ensemble is decorated with rustic dyes. Accessories include beaded bracelets and anklets at all four limbs of various colors. Overall, the outfit has seen a lot of wear and likely soon will need replacing with something issued to her by the Tether.

Overconfident Thief:
Erina isn't exactly a klepto, however is ever tempted by opportunity. She's of a bad habit trying to carefully sort what interests her and selecting what may likely not go missed. However, she's quite poor at it and a terrible liar, resulting in several minor punishments already.

Fears:
Significant claustrophobia. Prone to shutting down mentally and may need to be addressed firmly to snap her out of it.

Scissors/shears: Stems from an immense fear of losing her tail & ears. Something about the way they so easily separate one thing from another is highly unpleasant to her.

Though Erina Ashtah was at a time inclined to travel the world and learn what she could. Around three years ago she settled into a small town where she could make use of her skills as a hunter and leatherworker to sell her goods. Though she never really assimilated into civilized culture and maintained her original style of clothing, her work proved well liked. With a few friends life was reasonably good. Though it had it's ups and downs, for most of the first year she got by.

Though the following year proved difficult and Erina found herself steadily deepening into financial trouble. One day, she made a comfortable pair of footwear for a successful old wolf shopkeeper, whom pleased with the product offered her an interest-free loan to help her get by. He'd done it a couple times before when she was first starting her shop and as promised, she paid it back in full and quickly. This time however, the whole town was beginning to struggle. And though the old wolf normally was the best off, his shop too began to decline. After more than a harsh year, many businesses began to shut their doors completely.

Until came a day where a wealthy merchant began to purchase property in the town. A cold staring hawk, he began to set eyes on the town as his big new opportunity and no few a soul looked upon him with disgust. However, his offers seemed good as gold, offering seemingly fair prices to the remaining shop keepers, Erina included. Erina also immediately refused, giving the hawk a response just shy of a middle finger, a choice she'd soon regret. Unbeknownst to her, her friend the old wolf had decided to sell, declaring he was past his prime and the offer would at least allow him ample comfort. And there in his logbook gave the merchant all he needed to punish the upstart vixen.

A few days later, the merchant came knocking upon her door. The debt she once had with the wolf, was now owed to him. Her former confidence her neighbor wouldn't sell like her drained from her face and she immediately changed her tune. The fair offer she once had for her shop now became anything but. With no options left, she could only ask of him the dreaded question. What could else might she do to settle the debt?

Erina received no answer that day. A short scuffle with the hawk's bodyguards she was bound, blindfolded, and carried away. No guards would answer her calls for help, likely counting the fresh coin in their purses. It wasn't long before she was brought onto a vessel as the companion of the merchant's representative. From there she endured the long voyage to the one place the hawk could get the most value from her. Upon arrival on the Isles of Guildereim, she was sold and the last thing she saw of her old life was the grin of the merchant's representative walking away.
