Since the beginning of her existence, Ursula has always been a curious and driven individual. She assesses most situations she’s in for what motives or objectives may be apparent, all the while keeping her own in the back of her head. Ursula is well-mannered and speaks softly, almost like a mother would. She is compassionate towards her daughters, her students, and some others, yet entitled, masochistic at times, and unempathetic. Ursula is willing to compromise the lives of others for her gain, but this excludes her daughters and students. She has a sharp tongue, can be snappy at times, and is relatively authoritative. Ursula can be playful when she wants in certain moments and sadistic the next. She is always curious about other creatures and the reason for their existence, metaphorically and physically. She won’t budget to help those in danger unless they are children or animals. Even in those instances, she will always turn the situation so that there is something for her to gain. She is cunning, mischievous, malicious, and even charming if she wishes.

Ursula has a natural affinity for outcasts; those who don’t seem to fit in with the rest of outside society just like herself. This is partially while she created the Gifted Academy. While her core morals and principles are based on malicious ego and honey-dipped chaos, her heart falters and thumps for those who stray from the status quo of society. Compassion and empathy seem to leak out in droplets in these scenarios but do not surpass her love for her children or students.

Ursula is a woman of towering height and beauty. She has light gray, almost ash-colored skin with vibrant yellow eyes. Her hair is thick and raven-black in color. It is normally styled in a curled bob of sorts, complimented by a large black witch’s hat that she wears on her head. Ursula is typically seen with two white pearl necklaces around her neck, accompanied by a smaller gold necklace with a sunflower pendant. Ursula does not always wear black gloves, but she is typically seen in a long, elegant, white, and partially translucent dress that fits snugly around her waist, highlighting her large breasts and exposing her equally large and round rear. The top portion of the back of the dress is open, adorned with a black rose on the top left corner of the dress; closest to the left of her collarbone. On her feet are typically knee-high black boots. Underneath Ursula’s dress is usually some form of black lace lingerie. This style is reminiscent of the early to mid-1900s. When not in a dress she is seen wearing a similar color scheme, but in trousers, flats, and some form of top. She tends to always wear her hat regardless of what outfit she is wearing.
